Hotel Route Inn Kitami Odori Nishi

The hot spring was lovely, and having breakfast included was a great bonus. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. My only minor complaint was that there weren't enough towels for the bath.

The facilities feel a bit old and lack cleanliness. The breakfast selection is extensive but the quality is low. The parking lot size and location are good!

It is a little smaller than the average Route Inn and the facilities are a little old. The location is great, a three-minute walk from Kitami station and department stores, and there is a convenience store diagonally opposite. The flat parking lot is large. Breakfast was pretty standard. If you don't clean the room, you will get free drinks.

It was a very comfortable hotel. I wish they would keep hair ties for women readily available. I also thought it would be nice if they had several sizes of loungewear available at the front desk.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there is a convenience store opposite. The interior decoration is a bit old, and the aisle of the single room is just enough for one person to pass through. It is impossible to open the luggage effectively and need to put it on the bed. But as a hot spring hotel with breakfast included, the price is actually acceptable.

The large hot spring bath is convenient and easy to use. However, it would be better if there was a sauna.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Kitami JR Station. The facilities are a bit old. The natural hot spring is very comfortable, but the space is a bit small. The breakfast is very average, especially the long queue to eat, which is very troublesome

I've stayed at other hotels, but the front desk staff were not very friendly and I didn't feel like asking them anything. The hot water in the large communal bath on the first floor was good.
