This hotel was perfect for our family Chinese New Year stay! The lobby was festive and welcoming, and our room was spacious and bright, with excellent cleanliness. Yoyo's service attitude was gentle and kind, and the bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage and introduced the facilities, which made us feel very welcome. We could truly feel the strong New Year atmosphere during our stay. The amenities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient, making my whole family very satisfied. It offers great value for money and a wonderful experience overall – a truly comfortable Chinese New Year accommodation.

Thank you for the accommodation and service to us. I would like to request just a minor thing to improve the service quality as the IHG 5 stars hotel. I hope you may have more staffs who be able to communicate in English fluently (not only the front desk position but it would be great if you can have a staff at the restaurant - English menus and details (pictures) should be prepared for the foreigners). However, the overall of the service is nice and friendly. I would suggest friends and family to visit here next time for sure. I also would like to come back again - Thanks :)

Had a very satisfying stay at the hotel. The service was exceptional, and I was lucky enough to experience some snowfall during my visit, making for absolutely beautiful snowy scenery. Both YOYO and TONY provided excellent and patient service.

The hotel is quite large, with spacious and bright rooms. The hallways leading to the rooms have a distinct ******* style.
