The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Every guest had a dedicated butler. Butler Wase took care of everything from the thoughtful reminders before check-in to the care after. The hotel as a whole offered great privacy, was very quiet, and had all the amenities. Highly recommended!

The room was beautiful, with direct views of the distant mountains outside. It's a bit far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, but it's perfect as a great resting spot after a day of hiking. In the evening, you can enjoy a hot spring bath, and the next day, have a lovely breakfast before heading back. The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. There's a pristine forest outside the hotel where you can pick mushrooms, which was a lot of fun. The only downside is the hairdryer; the airflow is too weak, or it only blows cold air. It definitely needs an upgrade!

The service is personalized and attentive. There's a hot spring bath on the fourth floor, perfect for unwinding after a trip to Jiuzhaigou. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou, this hotel is nestled in the mountains, away from the hustle and bustle, with a wonderfully comfortable environment. The glass dome in the lobby is a unique feature, offering stunning views of the lush green mountains. The rooms are clean and quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also has hot springs, perfect for a relaxing soak after exploring Jiuzhaigou. The staff are all very friendly. You can also take a leisurely stroll around the hotel grounds, truly enhancing the resort atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommended for friends visiting Jiuzhaigou.

We visited during the Mid-Autumn Festival with my parents. They proactively upgraded our room type. For dinner, we had the yak hot pot, and the large pot was more than enough for four adults and a child. There was also a performance! We truly felt at home! The mountain views were beautiful too!
