Very nice hotel specially the reception ladies.

Bella Italia, Italy. Check in at reception had several receptionist on, so was easy check in. You have to make a 100 euro refundable deposit on arrival in cash. You can pay tourist tax with card. Was given site plan and instructions how to find apartment. A good 10 minute walk away. Got a two bedroom Ibisco apartment, sleeps seven. One bedroom with three single beds, one bedroom with double bed and a bed settee in another room with kitchenette and table with seven seats, Flat screen TV(with a few English channels),fridge/freezer, plenty of kitchen units. Bedrooms had units and plenty of coat hangers. All in a good condition. Kitchen ware as enclosed photos. Safe in bedroom unit and a small safe in the wall in 3 beds room, no charge included. Balcony with setting for seven people, plenty of space, overlooking swimming pool. Was clean and tidy. You can all information there regards towels and bedding changes etc. Note there is not a toaster in the kitchen and it is 4 gas rings. Regards location, a good 10 minute walk from reception, 35minute plus brisk walk to the train station, turn right out the resort there is a Lidle supermarket approx. 20 minute plus walk. There local buses passing outside resort, easy to get to Simione, Vernoa,etc, Ferry for Garda etc can walk along lake side into Peschiera or along main road, approx. 20 min walk. Train station for Venice direct and many other places. On site restaurants and live music in season. Suggest do your research before arriving.

Stayed here 4 times now always in August! Staff are brilliant! Especially Maria, and this year Robbie behind the bar! - always super friendly, and helpful. The pool is perfect for the kids, and the rooms are always clean! 🙏🙏

We are currently staying at Hotel Bella Italia, we arrived on Wednesday (RM 116).......our room is lovely, spotlessly clean the same in the bathroom. The best water pressure ever had in a hotel shower! Very large balcony is a bonus. The facilities are great, the pool area is lovely and restaurants are very good. Staff all super helpful and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with reception at Bella Italia today (Monday 15th June at approximately 2:45pm) with the lady dressed in the blue shirt. We are currently staying in one of the mobile homes and, due to having an evening flight on Wednesday, I visited reception to explore options for having access to a room after our 10am checkout. My first question was simple: could I book a hotel room for Wednesday night and pay for an early check-in on Wednesday morning? I was told that an early check-in could not be guaranteed. That’s absolutely fine and a perfectly reasonable answer. I then suggested what seemed like an obvious workaround. If a Wednesday early check-in couldn’t be guaranteed, could I instead book the room from Tuesday night and pay for a late checkout on Wednesday? That would guarantee access to the room throughout the day and completely solve the problem. At that point, the entire tone of the conversation changed. Instead of discussing the request professionally, the receptionist in the blue shirt repeatedly questioned why I would want a late checkout on Wednesday. I politely explained several times that I was referring to a room booked from Tuesday night, not Wednesday. Despite this, the conversation became increasingly defensive and unnecessarily confrontational. What should have been a straightforward customer service interaction turned into an awkward exchange where it felt like the priority was no longer helping a guest but defending an original position. The most disappointing part wasn’t that the request may or may not have been possible. Hotels say no to requests every day and that’s perfectly acceptable. The issue was the attitude. What made it particularly uncomfortable was that the interaction felt more like a performance for the benefit of the colleagues standing nearby than a genuine attempt to help a customer. I obviously can’t know what was going through her mind, but it genuinely came across as someone more concerned with appearing right in front of co-workers than listening to a guest and understanding the solution being proposed. Confident customer service staff don’t need to turn simple conversations into arguments. They listen, understand the issue and either solve it or explain why they can’t. Instead, I was left with the impression of someone who seemed desperate to prove a point rather than provide a service. The irony is that I wasn’t asking for anything for free. I was actively looking for a way to spend more money with Bella Italia and book an additional room. Somehow that was treated as though I was creating a problem rather than offering a solution. Management should be concerned when guests leave feeling that staff are more interested in protecting their ego than helping customers. Whether this behaviour comes from insecurity, a need to impress colleagues, or simply poor training, the result is the same: a thoroughly unpleasant customer experience. A genuinely pathetic int

Brilliant holiday through Jet 2 at the Hotel Bella Italia, despite being part of a huge campsite the hotel wrist bands prevent entry for campers yet we could use all facilities on site, this meant our stay was quiet and peacefull during our pool days. Staff at the hotel were great especially Roberto, Dannillo and Luca. Only one very slight let down was the breakfast which was a bit basic. Thanks for a great holiday though x

Do not book through Stayforlong. They advertise appartments as if they are in the hotel pictured but in fact they are on the camping area. And all the issues people report for the camping apply to them (e.g., horrible beds).

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I hated every second of it and couldn’t wait to get out. It started when I came to check in and the receptionist sweared at me leaving me speechless and when I got into the room after 50 minutes there was bugs in my bed and cockroaches in the bathroom. I was left disgusted and when I asked for a different room I was told to man up and deal with it. As I was very hungry I went to get something to eat but when I ordered something at the restaurant what came was not edible. All in all I recommended no one ever comes to this hotel ever again and I will never return to this hotel in my lifetime.
