Hotel Bella Italia

Very nice hotel specially the reception ladies.

Brilliant holiday through Jet 2 at the Hotel Bella Italia, despite being part of a huge campsite the hotel wrist bands prevent entry for campers yet we could use all facilities on site, this meant our stay was quiet and peacefull during our pool days. Staff at the hotel were great especially Roberto, Dannillo and Luca. Only one very slight let down was the breakfast which was a bit basic. Thanks for a great holiday though x

Do not book through Stayforlong. They advertise appartments as if they are in the hotel pictured but in fact they are on the camping area. And all the issues people report for the camping apply to them (e.g., horrible beds).

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I hated every second of it and couldn’t wait to get out. It started when I came to check in and the receptionist sweared at me leaving me speechless and when I got into the room after 50 minutes there was bugs in my bed and cockroaches in the bathroom. I was left disgusted and when I asked for a different room I was told to man up and deal with it. As I was very hungry I went to get something to eat but when I ordered something at the restaurant what came was not edible. All in all I recommended no one ever comes to this hotel ever again and I will never return to this hotel in my lifetime.

I dont understand all the positive reviews. This is a shocking hotel. We found the staff rude, it was a hassle finding parking close to the hotel, the gardens weren’t well maintained (the place looked a bit shabby), and the breakfast was TERRIBLE - the only warm food on offer was rubbery scrambled eggs and bacon, that’s it. No option to order anything else, the fruit at the breakfast table were in a terrible state as well. Honestly, I’ve not seen anything as bad in my recent travels. Shocking. Avoid this hotel.

We stayed here for five nights at the start of July in one of the apartments. It’s a lovely quiet little area that is close to a camping site that has a lot of amenities and close to the lake front. Town is a short, pleasant walk away. Breakfast was great, and the staff are super helpful. Would stay here again. Oh, and air conditioners in our room were very useful during the 34C heat!

We loved our stay at the Bella Italia hotel. From the moment we arrived, Rebecca in reception was fantastic. She made such a fuss of my little girl because it was her birthday & provided us with everything we needed. The hotel itself was clean & a perfect escape from the busy but amazing camping area. The hotel reception staff booked us taxis every night, allowed us late check out & even phoned & emailed us to let us know we had left our car keys which they ensured they returned to us. The service from them was truly exceptional and we would definitely recommend and return. Thanks again
