Hotel Kazuno

It was a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were helpful, and the food was delicious. It's great value for money and I highly recommend it.

On Sundays, there's only one bus at 8 AM, and there's no shuttle service, so be aware of that when going out for leisure. The food is plentiful and very delicious. The large public bath was also very relaxing.

Generally good. The staff were very good. The highlight was the dinner. Not fancy, but the taste was superb.

My wife felt unwell during dinner, but the staff took great care of her with great concern. The next morning, she was much better, and they checked on her during meals. We are truly grateful. At dinner, the staff were very attentive, bringing the next dish only after we had finished eating. Breakfast was a buffet, and every dish was flavorful and there was a wide variety; we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was an unforgettable and wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

The room was very nice and spacious, and we enjoyed the onsen. We just thought it was a shame that for 146 euros per night, you don't even get breakfast.

A good location to rest and have dinner with friends. It's good to chat while taking a hot spring bath. It's a good idea to keep in mind that there is a lot of snow in the winter.

Hot spring hotel, suitable for families

It's an old building that doesn't have an automatic lock, but it's well-cleaned and has a clean feel to it. Dinner had a wide variety of side dishes and was delicious. The portions weren't huge, but since I'm not a big eater, it was just right. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and I was more full than I was at dinner. Lake Towada is about a 30-minute drive away. Compared to lakeside hotels, it's good value for money.
