Overall, it was very good. We only wanted to book a hotel, and it also came with Ocean Park tickets. The breakfast was also excellent. The only downside is that it's more convenient if you have a car; without one, it's a bit inconvenient!

I was very happy with the room. The surrounding area offers a lot of fun activities. The front desk service was excellent, and Sukie provided fantastic service – highly recommended! The room was also very clean.

The service was warm, friendly, and very responsive. We arrived at 9:30 AM, and the front desk immediately processed our check-in and even gave us a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate walk-in closet and a bathtub for soaking, which the kids loved. It's also very close to Ocean Kingdom. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Honestly, it was just average. I've stayed in suites at other five-star hotels in Changsha before, and they're usually large, clean, and luxurious. But this place had a bit of a cheap feel as soon as I walked in. The service ladies were quite nice though.

Extremely clean and bright, just like the pictures! Super satisfied. Every staff member was warm and friendly, especially Laleila, who was outstanding. Parking was convenient and easy to find.

This hotel is an absolute gem for family trips! The location is excellent, very close to Ocean Kingdom and Ice and Snow World, and the hotel even offers shuttle services, making getting around super convenient. The facilities are new, and the room is spacious, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' tent, toys, and bunk beds. My child went wild with excitement as soon as we entered! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also very friendly for families with kids. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the outdoor pool was absolutely stunning. The only minor suggestion I have is for the bubble pool's opening hours to be a bit more flexible. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we'll definitely be back!

A great hotel for families with kids! My parents and children all loved it. Laleila's service was excellent, attentive and thoughtful, with clear explanations and enthusiastic, responsible service. Parking is convenient, and getting around is easy too.

Excellent service! This has to be the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! And I'm not a shill! We booked a deluxe twin room and it was upgraded, and they took great care of both the elderly and children. The included Ocean Kingdom, Water World, and Snow World were all super fun and offered a great experience, comparable to Chimelong. Front desk staff member Wendy Huang also provided excellent service. The only minor downsides were that while the breakfast buffet was plentiful, if you went for dinner late, the food selection might be a bit limited. Also, it would be even better if the hotel shuttle bus had more frequent runs!

They upgraded our room for free, and the service and amenities were quite good. The hotel's occupancy seemed pretty high; there were a lot of people coming and going at breakfast, probably because it was during the summer holidays.
