Langham Place Changsha

A special thanks to the beautiful and enthusiastic front desk staff, Hera Li! Every summer, taking my child to Langham Dawang Mountain is a must. This time, the room we got had an amazing view; I could even watch my little one playing in the Water World from the room! The room was very clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiling, and they were quick to respond when we asked for water or bathrobes. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious. For this price, staying in a five-star hotel and getting two days of unlimited park tickets is absolutely fantastic value for money!

I had a very comfortable stay. The bed was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept soundly 😴. The towels were clean, the room was tidy, and the hygiene was impeccable. Parking was also convenient, no need to drive around in circles. Overall, it was a great experience, this is my second time staying here 👍.

This is my third stay here, and Sukie Paisely at the front desk was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment is lovely and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. My kids loved it too. We'll definitely be back! 😄

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and they even provided a lot of complimentary snacks, which my child absolutely loved. It's a great spot for a family trip to explore the area, and it's super close to all the attractions. Plus, having a shuttle service available was incredibly convenient.

I booked a king room, and it was clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable, and the view from the 20th floor was quite nice. The room's design was grand and elegant. The breakfast was also a great mix of Chinese and Western options. My daughter and I both loved it! 😍 We'd definitely consider staying here again. It's within walking distance of Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. The hotel has three indoor swimming pools, so they never feel too crowded. The hotel's family rooms are also lovely and safe. My only complaint was seeing men smoking in the hallway on the 3rd floor leading to the rooms, which was really odd and uncivilized.

Arrived at the hotel around 1 AM, and the front desk staff was incredibly patient. My room got upgraded, so it was really spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. I also got to use the indoor pool, which was lovely. I'll definitely have to try the outdoor pool next time, as I didn't have time this visit. When checking out, a staff member helped us with our luggage and waited until we left before heading back. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

## Service The front desk service is exceptional; whenever I encountered an issue, they always resolved it perfectly. Manager Doris handled problems professionally and promptly. Seeing that I had two babies with me, she immediately informed housekeeping to bring us children's amenities. My kids absolutely adored her—she's amazing! ## Cleanliness The hotel rooms were spotless and tidy, with great attention to detail in their cleanliness. ## Environment This environment is perfect for families with children. There isn't much vehicle traffic, and the hotel is located within the park, making it very safe. Nearby attractions include a water park, an ice world, and an ocean kingdom, making it easy to keep kids entertained for two days without any issues. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that there are very few shops around the park, so ordering takeout is often necessary. ## Facilities It's a five-star setup, with nothing to complain about. The hotel is also very well-maintained.

A perfect stay for families with kids! We checked in yesterday and checked out today, and the little one had an amazing time. It's super convenient as Ocean Kingdom and the ski resort are right outside. The kids' pool and playground are well-equipped, and the themed room has a fantastic atmosphere that my child absolutely loved. The service was attentive, the environment was clean, and the package deal with tickets was great value for money. Highly recommend for families with children!

The room was clean and tidy. Sukielirariya at the front desk provided excellent service. The hotel has great facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. Definitely recommend it.
