Hotel was nice to help decorate the bed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and provide the complimentary fruits. Room is big and hotel is next to Big C and opposite Central world. Although the hotel is old and dated, the location is perfect! Will stay again

The hotel location is very central, right opposite Central World and next to Big C. It's convenient for getting around. Although the decor is a bit dated, the facilities are well-maintained, and the service is great.

Considering the hotel's age, it's actually not bad, and the location is great. However, the rooms are quite old-fashioned, and the carpet probably hasn't been cleaned or maintained in a while; there was a musty smell when I entered the room. If they renovated the rooms, perhaps replacing the carpet with flooring, it would be much easier to keep clean. I'd even be willing to pay more to stay here again if they did that. The shower head was also a bit old. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful!

Very good location, beside big c, opposite central world and nearby four face Buddha. Hotel is old and has a strong musky smell on 9th floor. Bed is clean but toilet shower head is spoilt with water spluttering around. Overall satisfactory if you ok with the smell.

It's a old hotel and need on many places to be renovated. It's difficult to look through the windows, don't know when they get cleaned the last time. I did my booking more than 4 weeks I'm advance and I asked for a high floor . Hotel has 23 floors and I got a room on the 9th floor,I got a free upgrade from superior to deluxe but there was not much different. Three staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also good, Asian and Western food. The best is the location

Best location, conveniently located beside BigC, opposite Central world and local transport, buses that bring you everywhere. The room was old but big. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We tried the buffet breakfast for 1 of the day, simple , acceptable love the boil porridge. The staff helped us change our room in middle of night when we feedback got mini 🪳. Beside this we really love to stay here and would like come again.

Our stay in Arnoma Hotel was the best ever experience during our family holiday at Bangkok. The strategic location, services, food and others were excellent. We managed to go places we planned just by walking, its so convenient. Will sure come back if we happen to visit Bangkok again, it will be our first choice of stay !!! Keep up the good work !!
