Arnoma Hotel Bangkok

Stay: 30 May 2026. Great location and friendly, helpful service. The room was comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. While the breakfast selection could be improved, and the water tap was a bit difficult to use, these were minor issues. Additional power outlets in the room would also be appreciated. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying again.

This hotel really good location, comfortable Beside that, the staff there very helpful also.. I have stay here a few times, it also very near to big c n four face Buddha. Their breakfast also delicious

Had a very pleasant stay at Arnoma Hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Although there is a short walk to Chit Lom BTS Station, it is still manageable. Right next to the hotel is Big C, with McDonald’s, Watsons, and many useful shops inside, which made everything very convenient. A little further ahead, there is also a 7-Eleven. On the other side, Erawan Shrine is within walking distance, and across the overhead bridge is CentralWorld — a fantastic location overall. The service was wonderful. The doorman was always attentive, opening doors for guests and happily helping with directions. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. The lobby is spacious with plenty of chairs and tables for guests to sit and rest. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Pros: Location is very good right next to Big C and across CentralWorld Lobby is big and well lit Room is big Bed is firm (but not too hard) Cons: Hotel is very old and you can really smell it - the carpets along the corridor and in the room has a strong musty smell. I didnt dare sit on the chairs due to worries about lice and mites Bathroom old and moldy, there's hot and cold tap for the shower but the cold tap was stuck , needed a maintenance person to come and unlock the tap (he came quite fast, within 10 minutes and fixed the problem immediately, apparently it is a common problem). There were big insects in the room, like a huge silverfish kind of insect creeping around the door and bathroom (not cockroach but maybe i didnt see it. I will not stay here again.

Location is great and walkable distance to many attractions.

The hotel is in a good and convenient location, which made it easy to get around. However, the property is relatively old and there was a noticeable stale smell in the room. We also encountered cockroaches in the room initially assigned to us, but the staff responded and changed our room after we reported the issue. Overall, the stay was acceptable for the location, though the hotel could benefit from better maintenance and pest control.
