This hotel gave me an accessible type room which was not what I booked. I requested to switch the room type I booked and the answer was "no" because the room type I booked was not available. Why did they not give me what I paid for????

Great service and breakfast

My kids love this hotel.

Staff is super accommodating. I booked through a third party that said there was a pool on site. According to the lady who checked me in, they no longer have said pool. The beds could benefit from an upgrade, are firm, and springy. Breakfast had warm food options and there was a variety of selections.

Good breakfast and all your staff very friendly and helpful, I didn't have any ocean view lol, just the parking lot 😀 Clean room

Housekeeping staff could not come back at a later time that day to clean the room, that was disappointing. The internet was soooo sllloooowww. The lady with the colorful eyeglasses helping out with the breakfast food was very nice and pleasant (sorry I didn’t get her name). The front desk personnel were also friendly.
