The Westin Chongqing Liberation Square

A wonderful, cozy hotel with excellent service. The location is also great - all attractions are within walking distance or a 10-15 minute taxi ride. There's a wide variety of buffet breakfast options. The lounge is small but cozy with a good selection of alcoholic beverages.

During my stay at The Westin Chongqing Liberation Square, requests were promptly addressed, and the staff were warm and attentive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views were excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The brunch wontons were also delicious.

Upon entering the room, we were incredibly touched by the lovely anniversary-themed decorations. Furthermore, the heartfelt handwritten message card and even a cake made our time truly unforgettable. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. The staff's service was prompt and courteous throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable the entire time. Also, the breakfast the next morning was very satisfying, and everything was delicious. The meticulous attention to detail in their hospitality truly reaffirmed my impression of Westin. I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The Westin Hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the location is excellent! It's close to attractions and convenient for transportation, just a short walk to Jiefangbei and the riverside, saving my legs from getting tired. Second, the hotel facilities are well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Third, the room service is great; they were super quick to bring an extra mattress and pillows. Fourth, the food was delicious and the service was good. Fifth, a special thank you to Lareina, who was very attentive to guests' feelings and truly represented the beauty of The Westin.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's breakfast; it offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The high-altitude infinity pool had crystal clear water, and the panoramic views of Chongqing's nightscape from up there were absolutely stunning!

Facilities: Although it's a 2014 hotel, it's very comfortable, especially the bedding – truly the best I've ever slept in! (I haven't stayed in many 5-star hotels, so take that with a grain of salt, haha). Cleanliness: Good, very clean. Environment: Excellent. Service: I want to highlight the service. Since it was our honeymoon, the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. They provided wine, desserts, and decorations, and even allowed us a late check-out. The butler also helped us take souvenir photos, making it feel very special and ceremonial. Thank you, Westin, we had a wonderful time. The breakfast was very rich! The executive lounge was also great, and the fried rice was delicious, haha.

The Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei boasts an excellent location, with Jiefangbei within walking distance. The high-floor river view is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The butler service deserves high praise – communication was smooth, they were meticulous in their work, and handled all sorts of issues professionally and thoughtfully. My entire stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chongqing.

The lady at the front desk was very kind; she upgraded our room and even gave us complimentary fruit. The night view and breakfast were also great. The hotel is very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, both within walking distance, and it's also very near the subway station.

The hotel's reception service, comprehensive and modern facilities, and breakfast were all satisfactory. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for reaching several popular attractions. And the daily complimentary snacks were absolutely delicious!
