Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

I rarely write reviews, but this stay was incredibly satisfying and definitely deserves a great one. First, they upgraded our room and even gave us a small gift for our wedding anniversary. We traveled with our baby, and they thoughtfully prepared baby toiletries, a baby bathtub, and bed rails. Every staff member we encountered was warm and polite. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. We'll definitely go back next time!

Excellent central location with top-notch facilities and exceptional service. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. From the front desk reception to tour information, luggage handling, taxi services, and room service – everything was delivered with genuine sincerity. A truly wonderful experience.

The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. The Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right outside, and Victoria Harbour is just a footbridge away. There are also many good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. It's suitable for families traveling with elderly people and children. However, the facilities are a bit old and the air conditioning can be noisy. The sea-view room itself is quite nice, and the scenery is beautiful.

The room was quite spacious, equipped with a temperature-controlled water dispenser, a coffee machine, and universal adapters. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside the door and an airport bus stop directly across the street. There's a hotel skybridge that leads directly to Victoria Harbour, and it's super close to the Bruce Lee and Anita Mui statues. K11 is also incredibly convenient for dining and shopping.

The room was quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and it's super close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. When I checked in, there were some hairs in the first room, but the front desk immediately switched me to another room and even sent some fruit. Housekeeping was done daily. Overall, the experience was great, and the service was excellent. To be honest, the decor is a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained. While it can't compare to a newly renovated place, it's still pretty good overall.

Excellent location! Right downstairs are the Avenue of Stars and K11, making dining and sightseeing incredibly convenient. A stroll along the promenade leads directly to the Star Ferry, from which you can cross to Central on Hong Kong Island.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to the MTR station and close to Star Avenue for shopping and dining. We booked a sea view room, and the view from the window was fantastic. We even got to see a drone show!

The Hong Kong Shangri-La is a well-known, established hotel. It's bustling, and the staff are thoughtful enough to offer coffee vouchers. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was excellent, and all other amenities were perfect! They even kindly provided welcome fruits! Definitely a thumbs-up 👍🏻
