Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

The hotel is a bit old and has some dusty corners. When I accidentally opened the cabinet in the room, which houses the air conditioning unit, it was full of dust. The room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, but it's definitely showing its age.

The sea-view room is worth it! Although the facilities are a bit old, they're really well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The location is super convenient, right across from the subway station downstairs! I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The environment was great! We chose a sea-view room and the view was absolutely stunning. We also received complimentary welcome fruit, though it was a bit basic. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby. K11 shopping mall is just about a 7-minute walk away, and there's a delicious Thai restaurant right next to the hotel. As for hygiene, the room was very clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors. Regarding service, the room service was quite good. However, the first front desk staff member who assisted me during check-in had a very condescending attitude. I was polite and humble with my inquiries, especially since I wasn't on the mainland, but she was extremely impatient. 🙃

The room was quite clean. I stayed on the 7th floor, and although the view was partially obstructed by a tree, I could still see Victoria Harbour, which was great overall. The hotel is super convenient, just a one-minute walk from the MTR station. Plus, you can walk to the Avenue of Stars in about 10 minutes. The location is excellent.

The facilities at Kowloon are a bit old, especially the bathroom, which isn't great. However, the service is absolutely fantastic. For an old-brand hotel, good service is key, and the location is incredibly convenient—it's unbeatable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This established hotel offers excellent service and a wonderful environment, coupled with a superb location. The sea view is absolutely stunning.

Our stay coincided with my elder's 70th birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake and decorated the room, which was a wonderful surprise! The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing meticulous and attentive service. Our entire experience was excellent, and the heartwarming arrangements made this birthday trip especially memorable. Highly recommended!

The hotel elevator's carpet actually shows the day of the week! Monday for Monday, Sunday for Sunday. The location is great too, right in the middle of the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui area.
