The first thing I want to say about Six Senses Krabi is that my family and I really enjoyed every minute of our time on this beautiful island. It was not a vacation in a beach hotel, but moments in nature with luxurious living conditions and services. We lived in a beautiful rainforest with lots of birds, lizards and harmless insects. Tall perennial trees create a lot of shade in the villa. All are sounds. The smells and views give you the feeling that you are inside nature. Strong points: Good service and maximum friendly staff. Battler online that really helps. Beautiful nature everywhere on the island. Absolutely luxury and comfortable modern villa. You can operate everything (light, fans, curtains) with local ipad. Nice swimming pool, beautiful private beach at my villa (#08) Things to improve: The most critical thing is that public and private beaches are not cleared of rocks, coral, and sea urchins. It is dangerous to swim, especially during low tide. You are simply can not enter the water on the public beach. Children can not enter enough deep to play in the water, as you can see in the photos. Dishes are not good enough for 5 star hotel and for it's price. It is not very delicious, not well decorated. The food is disappointed. The ground transfer is unreasonably expensive, costing around \$100 for a 10-15 minute ride in a minivan. Taxis cost $10. There is a lack of vegetables. They are not included in the breakfast or any other dish. Only an additional fee. Personal on the beach could periodically gather plastic that was drawn by the sea. Everything is foer money. For the first time I saw such a greedy resort. Bottle of water self made (local hotel water) during the dinner for three USD (((((

Very nice property, feel very private despite the hotel was full House. Staff are very warm and prompt to help !but management seems less competent to resolve complaints. Don’t understand why it costs 180 USD for a 10 mins ferry to access the hotel. Seems a bit excessive.

Not worth it! The stuff is really amazing and helpful, however the place is not worth visiting. The nature, beach and activities are below average and do not match the luxury price the resort is charging. It is also near to a kinda port so you will see cargo ships passing near the island. You can see rubbish floating in the water around the island as well. The food is also average and overpriced. A papaya salad cost 20USD. For comparison it worth 2.50USD on the mainland. Another example, the resort car service ask 90USD for 30km ride. For comparison, the taxi from Phnom Penh to Angkor Wat with a distance of 320km worth 80USD. On my personal opinion, there is noting much to see and do on the island, and definitely nothing that justify the price.

This is the first time we chose "Six Senses". I didn't expect it to be in Sihanoukville. I wanted to stay in Koh Rong Island, but the hotel I wanted to stay in didn't have any rooms at that time. I don't know how I found "Six Senses". The budget was indeed much higher than it should be, but after reading a lot of reviews online, I was really "moved". It turned out that it was "worth the trip". I think that for a certain level of hotel, customers pay more for the location and service, and the room itself only accounts for a small part. Six Senses, one hotel and one island attracted me. The seamless process from Sihanoukville Airport, hotel pick-up, boat ride, hotel GEM welcome, room introduction, adding WeChat communication are all very smooth. Basically, any needs can be met, and they reply in seconds. We were received by the beautiful and gentle "Lanchun", who patiently answered my questions and helped us reserve a place for dinner every night in advance. There are many activities on the island. Water activities including snorkeling and kayaking are free, including the use of equipment. In addition, we went fishing outside the island and caught more than a dozen fish, one of which was a wild grouper. We asked the restaurant chef to help deal with it. The meat was really tender. The types of dinners are different every day, and sometimes the restaurants are different. I personally prefer tree restaurant. The ingredients and taste on the first day were amazing, and the four of us were very satisfied. After the meal, each person also had dessert, which was exquisite and delicious. The breakfast variety is also very rich. In addition to the restaurant, you can also order it. We can eat delicious porridge, barbecued pork rice, rice noodles, pancakes, omolet, etc. every day. It is a combination of Chinese and Western. In short, the food is very rich and the taste is online. The hotel is very original and environmentally friendly. We stayed for three days and did not find a single plastic product. The general manager of the hotel carefully introduced the hotel to us when we checked in, and listened to our feedback carefully when we checked out. It felt very sincere. Manager "Meng Chao" who I communicated with on WeChat also introduced me a lot of information about the hotel. Although I failed to make a reservation through him, I was able to finally choose "Six Senses", which has a lot to do with him. I am also very happy to communicate face to face in the hotel. In short, Krabey Island Six Senses is an unforgettable experience in our lives. Thanks to everyone in the hotel, I hope to see you again. Chinese people have some "inherent" impressions of Sihanoukville, which has become a barrier to staying in Sihanoukville to a large extent. I think if the hotel can remove this barrier, more Chinese people will choose it. In addition, I hope to add more GEMs who can speak Chinese. The fewer dining options, the better, and the more direct, the better.

We chose Six Senses Krabey Island to celebrate a milestone 24th birthday, and it turned out to be the best hotel experience we’ve ever had — the first that ever moved us to write a review. The resort is beautiful, but it’s the people who make it. The Manager and Assistant Manager welcomed us personally and quietly made every wish on our list happen. Our butler, Vechaka, was extraordinary — always smiling, instantly responsive, and endlessly thoughtful, even hand-making a birthday poster and gift for us. On the birthday itself, it felt like every staff member we passed stopped to wish us well, and a new little surprise waited in our room each night. We genuinely looked forward to “coming home.” The food was excellent too — fresh breakfasts and standout dinners full of authentic Khmer flavour. An experience beyond compare. The warmth of the service alone has us already planning our return. Thank you to everyone on the island. 很好很好很爱很好很好很好很爱很好很好很好很爱很好很好奇

We were whisked from the airport to the pier and then, to the island. It was quite seamless and fast. Everything less than an hour. Six Senses adheres strongly to sustainability principles. It can be seen across the island with emphasis on energy saving, growing their own vegetables, solar panels, etc. Kudos to the practices. However, sometimes, I found it hot especially in the restaurants (no AC indoors). Also, in our room, the AC was “controlled” by a thermostat so at nights, one can literally be awaken by the on and off the AC. Service was fantastic. They were friendly and anticipated our needs. Praise to our “butler” and the breakfast team. Room was sufficient and nice. I liked the layout and design, especially being enclosed by glass. However, the water does leave a waxy/slimy feel to the skin - half the time wondering if I washed off the soap completely. The toothpaste tablets were strange (pop a pill and crushed it with water to lather in the mouth). The bedroom’s fan with the ceiling light was a concern. It created a flickering light effect which can be annoying (may not be ideal for epileptic patients). We had the fan switched off for most of the night. Because it’s low season, there isn’t much choice for food because only one restaurant was opened each night. A tip from Aman Resorts - offer afternoon tea to guests. Not a happy hour but wholesome local and continental desserts with tea or coffee. Overall, I had a great time.

Very good about everything like landscape, people, stay, food… I was here two days ago and everything here wowed me, from the scenery to the people. The staff were very welcoming and cheerful, Especially Ms. KumPheak, who was very lovely and thoughtful, giving us a very warm welcome.
