Grand Hyatt Beijing: Excellent service and hospitality! The location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of great food options nearby. After booking, a dedicated staff member followed up on my needs, and Amy provided very attentive service during my stay. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The pool is truly beautiful, like being on a tropical vacation; it was wonderfully relaxing to swim there. It's a highly recommended hotel, come and experience it for yourselves!

Jessie at the front desk was incredibly attentive, and the hotel's location is fantastic – right next to a night market and shopping area, so you can easily stroll around and enjoy food and shopping in the evening. I want to leave a review about our stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. The hotel made a great impression: a luxurious lobby, an excellent central location right by Wangfujing Square, and convenient access to the huge Oriental Plaza shopping center. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were diverse, offering both European and Asian dishes to suit every taste. In the evenings, you can have a delicious dinner at the same restaurant. However, the staff left the most significant impression. Special thanks to managers Aydos and Ayesha (I hope I remembered their names correctly). Upon check-in, we had a few minor issues. Aydos, hearing us speak Russian, immediately came to the front desk manager's aid and quickly helped us sort everything out – he was very attentive to all our requests, and all questions were resolved quickly and with genuine care. The team showed incredible attention and professionalism. When you're tired from traveling, you really count on responsive staff, and they certainly delivered. Ayesha helped with the check-out process and prepared all the necessary documents at my request. It seems like this hotel employs the most empathetic front office team.
