My Stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing – Oriental Plaza Had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing, located at Oriental Plaza in the heart of Wangfujing! 📍 Excellent Location The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of Wangfujing Street, shopping malls, and the metro station. It’s super convenient for exploring Beijing, shopping, and enjoying the local food scene. 🍽️ Amazing Breakfast Selection The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, from international favourites to authentic Beijing local delights. There’s something for everyone, making breakfast a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city! Beautiful Indoor Swimming Pool The hotel also has a lovely indoor swimming pool — perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Overall Experience A comfortable stay with a fantastic location, great breakfast variety, and excellent facilities. Whether you're visiting Beijing for sightseeing, shopping, or a family holiday, this hotel makes a convenient base for exploring the city. Definitely a great choice for a Beijing trip!

I had high expectations after seeing all the positive reviews about the Regency Club, but the room actually felt very cramped and had a low ceiling. Besides, I originally booked a Deluxe Room, which should have had some views based on the photos, but I was assigned a room that faced right into the building opposite—just like a handshake apartment. I asked for a room change for two days, but nothing happened. It feels like they just try to rip off every single guest they can... The facilities and cleanliness were actually okay, but it feels like only extreme negative reviews will serve as a wake-up call for the hotel. Stop scamming people with such garbage rooms.

Very satisfied with the check-in experience, especially Amy who kept in touch at all times. The hotel service was excellent. The room was clean and the location is exceptionally convenient, with easy access everywhere. Wangfujing and Tiananmen Square are right nearby. I will definitely stay here again next time~

Located right in the heart of Chang'an Avenue, you can enjoy vibrant city views directly from the window. All the in-room amenities are extremely comfortable. Serena at the front desk gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel facilities upon check-in, and any subsequent questions we had were promptly answered. It's very convenient for family trips with the subway station right outside the door. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The room location is excellent, with views of the Wangfujing area from the window. Although the hotel rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide selection, with a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic, and Eva from guest services provided timely follow-up. The room is spacious and equipped with a washing machine, making it a top choice for a holiday trip. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza.
