Excellent breakfasts and a rooftop adults-only pool with sunset views. Cons: the beach isn't gently sloping, it's reinforced with sandbags, cleaning isn't done daily, and they completely ignored our honeymoon, not even a verbal congratulations.

The sea view twin room was very comfortable, directly facing the ocean and a large swimming pool, and the sunset was beautiful. There's also a small, uncrowded and clean infinity pool on the 5th floor. It was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel was very thoughtful, providing small decorations, a small cake, and a restaurant discount. The kids said the cake was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the hotel's lounge has a small pool table where you can play a game for 4 MYR. After dinner at the buffet, you can enjoy a few rounds with friends while sipping on cold beer, and the kids can play by the water – it really creates a great vacation vibe.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, about a 20-minute drive. Cenang Beach offers beautiful sunsets, and the sand is quite fine, which the kids absolutely loved. The children's pool is very kid-friendly, perfect for playing with balls and splashing around. The hotel restaurant is also good; both breakfast and à la carte dishes tasted great, and the little ones enjoyed them. The room was standard, and the cleanliness was acceptable. What truly made it stand out was the stunning sea view, with twice-daily cleaning and replenishment service.

The environment is fantastic, and there's a private beach. What's even better is that the front desk saw I was Chinese and specially arranged a very beautiful young lady who spoke Chinese to help me check in. The experience was absolutely perfect.

The room was pretty standard for a domestic hotel, and the hygiene was acceptable. The hotel's highlight was definitely the pool area, where staff organized different activities daily to entertain guests, creating a great atmosphere. There's a bar by the pool where you can buy drinks, though they are a bit pricey. Overall, it was good.

The hotel is quite new and suitable for kids, much like family-friendly hotels in China. It's close to Cenang Beach, which is lively, but I personally prefer the more relaxed vibe of the older resorts in the north.
