Breakfasts are a separate story, never before in Thailand, and I have a lot to remember and something to compare with, we have been traveling annually for 16 years now, well, I have never seen latte, cappuccino at breakfast in any hotel ... and also perfectly prepared, I am not even talking about eggs Benedict and poached ... The pool is spacious and clean, the territory is well-kept and pleasing to the eye, the non-swimming beach, in principle, does not spoil the vacation ... not next to the hotel, but within walking distance, and 7/11 and the passage to Lamai beach with the cleanest water and curious striped fish. But ... there is one but that does not fit into this whole oil picture .. in 5 days, not once, not once did they change our towels. Neither the white ones in the room, nor the colored beach ones .. How is that possible? Is it really possible to use the same beach towels for five days? There's no way to dry them, so I had to go to the beach with heavy, damp towels... It was incredibly frustrating... and I can't understand why this is happening? On the one hand, they offer impeccable service, but on the other, they have dirty, damp towels.
