All the staff were friendly, and although it's a bit older, it was clean. They operate a shuttle boat (shuttle ferry), so I got to enjoy a boat ride. It's within walking distance to Asiatique, so I went grocery shopping at Big C Market every night.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel's accessibility and view were fantastic. The hotel breakfast was amazing! Honestly, everything was perfect during my 3-day stay. If I ever go to Bangkok again, I'd probably stay here. It was truly the best. Thank you so much! Especially the bottled noodles – they were seriously the absolute best. I still think about them even after coming home.

The hotel environment is excellent. You can enjoy the Chao Phraya River view from the window or while sitting on the bed, especially at night when the cruise ships pass by, which is beautiful. The soundproofing is great, with no noise at all. There's a free ferry service to and from Central Pier, making it very convenient to go to Icon Siam or the nearby night market and amusement park. The breakfast dining area is also fantastic, and the variety of breakfast options is definitely five-star quality. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'd love to stay here again.

Great location and decent service with good value for money. It's convenient for getting around, especially since we wanted to take the kids to the Ferris wheel night market for the sky ride, and it was just a short walk away.

The hotel's location next to an amusement park makes it a great choice for families with children. There's a shuttle bus and boat service every hour that goes to Silom for free, and you can get to Asok Station with a transfer for 12-14 baht. The breakfast was average compared to other hotels of a similar standard, and it was decent enough. While the overall facilities are very old and dated, I'd still recommend this place if you're looking for a room with a bathtub, spacious accommodations, a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River, and good value for money. However, the most important thing is that the service attitude of those who help with check-in and check-out at the hotel is only one star. They smiled brightly and seemed friendly, but I'm not sure if they were good at their job. As someone sensitive to noise, I requested a quiet room when booking. Instead, I was assigned to a floor undergoing renovation. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I saw a giant curtain, and it felt like I was stuck on a construction site. The most annoying part was that when I lay down in the room to rest, I couldn't relax properly due to the constant thumping noises from the renovation. I came here to relax comfortably, but I wondered why I was at a place that felt like a construction site. It was completely different from what I expected from a 4-star or 5-star level of service. However, I want to express my gratitude to the staff working at the concierge. My tour was almost canceled due to a sudden downpour, and it wouldn't have been refundable. Thanks to the help of the concierge staff, my tour went ahead as planned. I had a great time because of them, and I gave them 10 dollars as a thank-you. That's how a hotelier should work. I sincerely appreciate it.

The atmosphere was amazing, right by the Chao Phraya River. The breakfast was also superb, with so many choices I didn't know what to pick. You can enjoy your meal right by the river. It's really close to Asiatique, and the hotel even offers a free tuk-tuk shuttle there. You could also walk, and you'd pass shops and restaurants along the way.
