Hard Rock Hotel Malta

I went to the Hard Rock Hotel on September 1st to spend a solo day by the pool, getting some relaxing hours before flying back to the UK on the same night. The atmosphere was buzzy as workers were finalising last details right before the grand opening, happening the day after. Adriana, Tamara and Putin were incredible! They made my stay extra special with all sort of attentions. They made sure my level of comfort was at the highest during the whole stay, just like they did with all other guests. These guys need a raise, a bonus and a gift, in my humble opinion! Incredible experience, honestly the best pool day I had in Malta.

Amazing experience overall! The team was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Everything was clean and well organised. We especially enjoyed the food and the excellent service, with a special mention to Margaret, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive. Highly recommended!

Had a great time at the bar next to the lobby area, amazing cocktails from the bar man Santiago...... Can't miss a special mention to the kenyan girl miss Magret... I think the assistant manager..... Very friendly and was very welcoming.... Well done to the team n see you soon!!!

The rooms were impeccable and very clean! The view was really beautiful, due to the perfect location near the ocean and city skyline. I had a weekend trip with my sister here and we had such a good time, we l loved staying at the pool, bar and restaurant. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely come visit again! The music vibe just really rocks 🤘🏼

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Hard Rock Hotel Malta with two friends. The food was fantastic, and I was very pleasantly surprised, especially considering the hotel had only just opened. All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and created such a warm and lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. It was a really fun experience and the perfect getaway with friends

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that all the customers were happy and well taken care of. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The spa facilities and gym were impeccable, providing a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The food was also absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were invited for the soft opening. Indeed the hotel is not finished & there were some minimal work in the night but we had a very great time. Dinner & Breakfast Buffet were incredible. The room was very spacious & modern. Comfortable! You need to be aware & accept that you are staying near St Georges Bay/Paceville area that is the noisest in Malta. However it is well soundproof. The little music details are nice. The must: the staff service! International staff, smiling & passionate, well done!!!!

Its 1.42am and builders are still hammering. Have asked this to be stopped twice but hasnt. Crazy to be still building at this time. Not worth it

What a stay! HRH Malta absolutely delivered. Killer location, great food and drinks, and an outdoor pool with a vibe that’s just spot‑on. The staff ranging from the front desk, pool bar, housekeeping, concierge, restaurant, shop - with several still in training - were outstanding every single time. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure you have the best time, nothing was too much trouble. Yes, the hotel is still being finished, and yes, we knew that before arriving but honestly, it didn’t matter. We had such a brilliant time that we’re already booking our next trip. The shopping mall, the restaurants, and the HRH Café right underneath the hotel make the whole place even better and theres a great Rock Shop on the hotel site too. Don’t be put off by the unfair reviews, especially from people who haven’t even stepped foot inside. Couldn’t recommend HRH Malta more and can’t wait to come back and see the final touches. Massive shout‑out to the whole team - you’re doing an incredible job.
