Maison Nova - Boutique Hôtel & Spa

Absolutely spectacular! Traveled with family including two children. Service was incredible. 5 stars all the way. Breakfast wonderful, easy golf cart ride into town. Extremely accommodating and kind. Can’t wait to return!

We have just returned from an exceptional stay at Maison Nova. It's a great hotel a short walk away from the centre of Collioure and also, in the opposite direction, a beautiful beach called Ouille Beach with a fab restaurant. Our room was spacious, with a lovely big bathroom, a dressing area, and a terrace (I think it was one step up from the smallest room they offer). The pool is on the smaller side, but this is a boutique hotel, not a resort, and it's the perfect size for cooling off. The views from the sun terrace are wonderful. Also, we never had trouble finding a lounger, even though the hotel was busy. The breakfast was plentiful - I've seen a few reviews which say there wasn't enough choice, but I disagree; there was enough to have something different on each day for the week we were there. There's a buggy to take you the short distance into town; otherwise, it's a 10-minute walk. The staff are very nice and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and they obviously feel pride in the hotel. We loved it here and would definitely return for a chilled-out, relaxing break.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful aesthetic, very modern, clean and attention to design detail. Loved the local art on display in the room and beautiful soaps and creams etc. Very attentive, friendly staff who responded quickly to phone and txt. Great location, walkable to town but also Loved the shuttle golf cart service to or from the town centre and car park. Breakfast was very nice and sufficient options. Loved the pool area, beautiful setting for both eating breakfast with a view and lounging by the pool which was also heated to a perfect temperature. Loved Collioure, enjoyed walking through the cobbled streets, drinking rosé on thhe beach front, browsing the shops, visiting the castle and eating in the wonderful restaurants - el capillo for tapas and casa leon for seafood linguine.

Stayed for 4 days with family and could fault nothing at all! Comfortable beds, welcoming staff, lovely pool and great location. Everything has been done with taste and attention to detail: From the toiletries in the room to the high quality sunbeds. Not to mention the amazing breakfasts! Collioure and Maison Nova - we will be back!

This place was perfect! Beautiful clean and modern room with great AC and a stunning view of the pool and mountains. The room also has a mini fridge and coffee, but the breakfast was well worth it - fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, juices, pastries - amazing. The hotel also serves food and drinks throughout the day, just ask any of the friendly staff. Collioure was so crowded one day that I came back to have a peaceful lunch/wine by the pool instead - it was delicious! The pool is heated to a dreamy temperature and even when most of the sunbeds were full (which only happened once during my 3 days) the pool and area did not seem crowded, it was just perfect and relaxing. The parking is in a large parking lot up the road, but they will happily drive you to and from in a golf cart if you don’t want to walk (I just walked it wasn’t that far). They will also drive you to and from Collioure center in the golf cart to avoid the hill! Since it was only a 7 minute walk I never used it but it is handy if you’re too hot and tired to climb back up at night :) you can hike the coastal path right from the hotel and I went to the town center all the time to eat and shop and sightsee. Highly recommend this spot!

What a great find close to the port of Collioure and heated swimming pool and spa which was great for our early February visit! At this time of year excellent value for money Will be back!

I originally booked a different hotel that had small rooms with no AC. Getting to Maison Nova felt like stepping into heaven! The room was spotless and new with a view of the mountains. The staff was so attentive— even gifting me a fruit basket just for no reason. And the breakfasts…I miss them so much. A fantastic buffet that I’d devour next to the pool…which is heated and lovely :). I’ll be back next year! This may be listed as a 4 Star hotel, but everything about it feels like 5 Stars.
