The was a peaceful location, lots of nature with birds chirping and deer, we explored the nature trail around the property. The room we stayed in was unique with a lot of personality. Contact less checkin was seamless and we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay.

no staff at all on site, left my room key in a envelope by the front door. bed was saggy, air conditioner was a window unit in the bathroom so the bedroom was hot. Bed and Breakfast, but all that was offered for breakfast was do it yourself, In your room, oatmeal, but there were no bowls. lawn was overgrown not at all inviting. very wierd and kinda creepy. No horses at the inn at horse farm, might think about renaming

Room was dusty. Amenities were awkwardly squeezed into a closet, almost no available counter space. Staff were totally absent.

Amenities. TV did not work and staff wasn't able to fix the problem. Also needed a deep cleaning. Thermostat also didn't work correctly and ceiling fan did not work

*******. Jetted tub turned on by itself at 3 am. Also heat didn’t work and it was snowing.

Easy check-in and check-out. The stairs are easy to navigate with suitcases because they are wide, but do be prepared for stairs leading into the main foyer and then a flight of stairs to the bedrooms.
The decor is fun. The theme being horse, all things are horsey. It was fun being brought back to my youth as a horse crazy girl.
We had the jet tub room and I have to say, as kitchy as the red heart theme is, it was the most comfortable jet tub I've experienced. Perfect for a long soak.
The bed is squeaky and very very firm. The bedding was clean, and pleasing to the skin. I was so happy to have been accommodated, with my request for no fabric softener, due to allergies.
All in all, I say this was an excellent experience and plan to book again.

Everything excellent except the unclarity about checkin procedure. I fault ******* for this, more than the Inn.
