Really a nice place. We loved it! Everything was fine. The room amazing, the food and drinks. Loved it!

Weda Cita was undoubtedly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I loved it so much. From arrival, the staff were so attentive. We got a complimentary upgrade as it was low season and the hotel was really quiet. The room was beautiful with lovely views of the pool. Really spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the pool area, the pool beds in the water were a nice touch. I also LOVED all the stone carvings everywhere, they were so impressive. The breakfast was amazing - plenty of great options on the menu. I tried something new every day and everything was so so good. Shout out to the filled croissant and eggs Benedict dish on hash browns - recommend those! The spa was also beautiful. I had a facial, it was super reasonably priced and so relaxing. Our stay was made even more special because my partner proposed on the hotels rooftop when we were having private dinner offered by the hotel. The setting was serene, food was brilliant and the staff made the whole evening perfect for us. I started my first day as a fiancée on the roof doing yoga with a group and instructor (included with the stay) and finished up with a floating breakfast at the pool. It was lovely as the hotel was so quiet - we had the pool area to ourselves. All the staff were so great and provided wonderful service. I would recommend to anyone visiting Ubud - great quality hotel and stay, and for a really reasonable price. Not far from main areas of Ubud either - good location. I am absolutely shocked by this hotel. There is no way it deserves a 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, I was stunned by the condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, and the insects everywhere. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The hotel took my full payment in advance and now refuses to issue a refund for the remaining nights, even though I simply cannot continue staying here under these conditions. This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I am requesting that the hotel contact me immediately to process the refund for the unused nights of my reservation. I am deeply disappointed, frustrated, and extremely surprised that this place is even listed as a 5-star property.

The location was central to all the day tours we had planned. It was also a great spot to avoid all the drunken rowdiness synonymous of other parts of Bali. The rooms were very spacious and clean, food was great, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, and all for a very good price.

This was my first time in Bali, and staying at Weda Cita Resort and Spa made it even more special. The stay was very comfortable — the room was impressively spacious, clean, and overall felt generous in size, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were all genuinely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. I tried the spa — it was okay, not exceptional, but fine for a quick treatment. The à la carte breakfast was decent with a good selection to start the day. Overall, the resort offers great value for money. It’s a bit on the expensive side for a 3-star property, but the comfort, size, and service more than make up for it. It was my first time in Bali — and definitely not my last, especially with stays like this.

We had the best stay at Weda Cita, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were celebrating my partners 30th birthday and they pulled out all the stops. Nothing was too much for them, breakfast was lovely, room service for dinner was very yummy! Room was modern and comfortable, bathroom was very spacious and clean. We used the spa facilities too and got a great offer for a full body massage and head massage which was amazing!! The pool facilities and sun beds were very comfortable and always plenty of space! The location is good, if you are up for walking it’s around a 30 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. It was very warm but we enjoyed stretching our legs. The hotel were able to help us book taxis to get to all of the sites and were on hand whilst we were out and about if we needed help to get back. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much for the best time in Ubud! Special mention to Dewi and Indah for everyone you helped us with!!

OMG! The hotel, the lobby, the room, the area is so lovely, relaxing. Room is spacious, bath, it has a balcony to enjoy the view. Rooftop area for yoga. Food is delicious! All the staff is amazing and caring! Big Thank You to Indah!!! She is so friendly, she made our stay memorable and arranged special surprise for my husband's birthday :) !
