Atour Hotel (Chongqing Nanbin Road Huangguan International River view)

I was truly impressed by the service from the front desk receptionist named "Shiqi"—it was a five-star experience! Our flight was delayed, so they extended our check-out time to 4:00 PM, allowing us to come back in and rest, which was so incredibly thoughtful. We also had a ton of luggage, and she even brought us a luggage cart and helped us take everything down. Encountering such a caring staff member made our trip to Chongqing so special!

The service was great, especially the laundry service. There are plenty of machines, staff supervise the washing and drying process, and they even deliver the clothes to your room. The gym is just average. The room felt a bit small, and although it's not a direct river view, you can still catch a glimpse of the river at an angle from the window. The ceiling design isn't great—my wife said it felt like having a beam pressing down overhead.

The room was great, very convenient for our National Day trip. We extended our stay for many nights. The 6th floor offers a river view, and there's free coffee to go. The hygiene was good, very nice. 'Ertong' (a staff member) provided excellent service, recommending many places to eat. Great experience!

The hotel has a great location, and the front desk upgraded our room for free. The staff were friendly, and the noodles and rice noodles at breakfast were delicious. The self-service laundry attendant even thoughtfully delivered our clothes to our room.

I paid extra to upgrade to a river view room, and it was definitely worth it! It would have been even better if the room was on a higher floor.

The toilet is just a regular flush toilet, not a smart one! Is this not standard for Atour? Everything else was okay, but another issue was that the room was on the 9th floor, overlooking the rooftop of an office building, and it was too close to the adjacent office building.

Staying here with my child, the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The room was quite spacious, so our family of three didn't feel cramped at all. What I was most satisfied with was the cleanliness; both the floor and the bathroom were spotless, and the bedding felt very comfortable – my child slept soundly all night. The hotel's location is convenient, with snack shops right downstairs. In the morning, our family could just head down for a bowl of noodles before setting off, without having to search for food elsewhere. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff even greeted my child proactively, which was a nice touch. It offers great value for money; it was a more pleasant stay than other hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely choose this place again for our next family trip, and I highly recommend it to families traveling with children or seniors.

Staying near Nanbin Road, it's relatively quiet with a direct view of the Yuzhong District scenic boulevard. It's also convenient for visiting Nanshan Yikeshu. There are shopping malls nearby, as well as local hotpot and 'jianghu' style restaurants.
