Silverbow Inn & Suites

Flight plans required us to leave before breakfast; the inn packed an unbelievably great box breakfast for us to take with us. The room was a tad tight but extremely well planned, with bedside reading lights and loads of wall pegs for clothes. The pillows, sadly, were not very comfortable...but overall this was a great place (and the In Bocca do Lupo was fantastic)

Check in was a nightmare, at 5pm, the check in desk wasn't staffed, and door was locked. , I called the main number, was put on hold, then hung up on. Called again, was finally given a door code. No evident elevator, which meant lugging heavy bags up and down a flight of a steep, and very narrow staircase. Room was very small,and spartan. Not worth the price.

Efficient, well run, perfectly situated property with great staff.

Book a room at this hotel for my mom. Staff was very accommodating but did not answer multiple phone calls or emails on follow up for a request of a receipt.

Staff was amazing. The entire place was clean. Loved the coffee, treats and welcoming lobby. Convenient to all downtown shops and restaurants.

Property is old fashion hotel with no storage space for clothes other than hooks. Breakfast is self-service but was not explain to us but we learned from other guests. Checkout time of 11:00 is inconvenient for those boarding ships at 12:30

Great location and super helpful staff

Check in was easy. Staff was great. It felt very home like. The homemade scones were very tasty. The hot tub was very clean and my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. If we go back to Juneau for any reason we will be booking a stay again at the Silverbow Inn.

Great location Cute hotel in a great location. Creative breakfast and coffee/tea bar with snacks available all day. The bedding was not functional.. a queen bed with no top sheet, which was ok, except instead on one duvet they gave us two single duvets which kept falling off the bed in the middle of the night. Not sure who thought this was a good idea.
