The hotel surroundings are lovely, and the room is very cozy. As soon as we entered the lobby, someone offered to help with our luggage. They even gave our child a rocking horse, which they loved. It left a great impression of Shanghai.

Clean and comfortable room with bright natural light! I'll definitely come back again! *Departed for the airport at 4:30 am the next day, and they provided a thoughtful take-out breakfast! Very considerate!

I've stayed here many times. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to where I need to be. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but for that area, the value for money is really good. Definitely recommend it.

It's just a business hotel, but the hygiene is good, and the environment is decent. The front desk service is also good. However, 5 diamonds seems a bit overrated. The room is quite small and a bit hard to find.

Close to the subway, making travel convenient. There's also a mall right next door, so dining options are plentiful! 👍👍👍

The hotel was quite good overall. We brought our kids to play nearby, and seeing that we had children with us, the front desk proactively offered us rocking horse vouchers. Since we had a lot of luggage while traveling, they also kindly helped us with it. The overall service was really excellent.

Just like other online reviews mentioned, the king bed room is made up of two single beds pushed together! The room curtains also do a terrible job of blocking out light! And the soundproofing isn't great either! In the mornings, I could always hear people talking next door and footsteps from the room above! I hope the hotel sees these reviews and makes improvements! On the plus side, the transportation is very convenient – Zhenru subway station is right downstairs! And there are plenty of dining options nearby!
