Busan Yeongmu Parade Hotel Haeundae Beach

First of all, the front desk service was cold and terribly bad! Surrounding environment: top-notch! Great for sea views and beach walks, and very convenient for dining and convenience stores. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the Nankai Line train station and the transit/cable car station!

The front desk staff were quite pleasant, and the room had decent natural light. The bathroom drain was a bit slow, and the toiletries were basic. No major issues, but nothing particularly outstanding either.

The hotel was very clean, the room had great natural light, and the bedding was soft. The staff were friendly and gentle, and the surrounding area had all the amenities, yet was quiet and not noisy. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean and tidy, the location was convenient for getting around, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. It was a great stay. The facilities are complete, quiet and comfortable, and the value for money is good. I will choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!

Traveling with my 9-year-old child, the location was absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Haeundae Beach, and very close to the Mipo Coastal Train and Sea Life Aquarium, saving a lot of time and effort getting around. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which was super handy for food and drinks. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, with stable hot water and effective air conditioning. The WiFi was smooth throughout our stay. The front desk offered 24-hour service, communication was good, and they supported luggage storage, even after check-out, so we could continue sightseeing. There's a viewing area on the top floor where you can enjoy city and sea views at your leisure. The hotel has plenty of elevators, so no long waits. Overall, it's great value for money, very convenient for families, and it was comfortable to relax after a day of sightseeing. Transportation to all attractions is easy. I highly recommend this hotel for family trips to Haeundae.
