Very clean and furnished hotel. I think most of the one-budget hotels are the best based on my experience. They have a minimalist choice to stay for your business trip and are very efficient. This hotel resides by the Mekong River; it was the best view you've ever had and a very pleasant stay. But one thing you should know is this residential area is far from the local shops. So if you want to dine out or have fun for a night life, this area is not a good choice if you're on a budget trip. Closer by, there are bars and restaurants you can enjoy. For me, I was with my family and a van. So we visited the local shops to dine out at night, and it was not so far (just a 10 min drive). There are 7/11, local street stalls, and outdoor dining areas by the river Mekong with varieties of choices for decent meals, and they all are very delicious.

Stayed on a visit to the Golden Triangle (approximately 3 km away) and enjoyed a clean, comfortable albeit basic room with a balcony overlooking the Mekong River and Laos. Check in was efficient and courteous. Exceptional value for money particularly given breakfast was included. For dinner a number of restaurants are within walking distance. We selected and dined at Come Moon (300 m away) and had a tasteful sashimi and fish dinner to the accompaniment of a good musical trio incorporating saxophone, guitar and drum. Strongly recommended.

Very clean and new hotel. Recommended

New and clean, as budget hotel - bed is not much comfortable and less choice of food for breakfast. Not recommend for family trip but good for business or friend trip.
