Heritage Collection on Victoria - Mobile App Check-In

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, with convenient transportation and shopping nearby. I had a wonderful time here, and the check-in experience was great. The subway is just over 400 meters away, and you can walk to Little India in about a kilometer, which is super fast and convenient.

I had absolutely no complaints. Everything I needed was compactly available. Loc, Popo, Divina, & Kisha! Thank you for your support. What I liked: Even though I was unfamiliar with mobile check-in/out, they provided excellent support. The room was very clean. Although it was a small room with no window, the toilet and bathroom weren't too small and were easy to use. Also, having a microwave, dishes, cutlery, and a sink was a huge plus. The designated washing machine hours were also convenient. Who I wouldn't recommend it to: Long-term stays First-time international travelers (Not the hotel's fault, but there are always people talking loudly in the hallway, so patience is required.) Those bothered by the absence of toothbrushes might want to reconsider. People expecting smiling, proactive service from staff (the staff are all nice, but it's a system issue). Those unfamiliar with using their mobile phones (I was worried too, but it worked out).

The room had no windows and was tiny, but surprisingly, it didn't feel stuffy. Singapore is actually quite humid, so it needed two air conditioning units and a dehumidifier. Even with both ACs on, the dehumidifier would fill up overnight. The tatami room reminded me of Harry Potter's attic, and considering the location, it offered the best value for money. All the furnishings and amenities looked relatively new, and there was no need to bring any power adapters. The only downside was a noisy pipe that was so loud you'd definitely be woken up without earplugs. Luckily, I brought some.
