Hotel was beyond expectations! Service was great, rooms were clean, food was great at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful! I booked the trip for the Havasu Falls hike the following day and the location was perfect! I highly recommend the place.

A new clean and well run Hotel. It is has a nice small pool Jacuzzi and gym too. The restaurant is OK. This is the best hotel in that area that I have found.

Nice but noisy Room was clean and updated. Staff were attentive and friendly. The only complaint would be the constant noise that comes from both the passing trains and other guests in the hallways. The walls are thin and the doors slam shut. Lots of hikers/campers coming and going at all hours of the night. They have a huge bucket of earplugs at check-in for a reason. I would suggest eating at the restaurant attached to the hotel. It was yummy and the fry bread desserts hit the spot

You pay a $15 fee for services (i.e., WiFi) and are not allowed to opt out. They don’t tell you this, rather it’s taped to the counter and you’re expected to read it. I had to call and ask about the extra $15 charge. Food in the restaurant wasn’t anything extraordinarily. The price is very high for what it is, but there aren’t many options around, so they can charge what they want. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
