This hotel is truly at the heart of the Bund! The century-old architecture creates an amazing atmosphere, perfect for effortless photos. The room was clean and spacious, the bed super comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The service was gentle and meticulous, from the doorman to housekeeping, everyone was very professional. The location is absolutely unbeatable; step out and you're right on the Bund, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. The quality truly lives up to the brand. My stay was absolutely perfect, and it's definitely worth coming back to.

Our dedicated concierge, Aaron Emily, provided meticulous and warm service. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly shone through. Every arrangement was perfect, and every response reassuring. They genuinely offered service with heart and provided comforting companionship, making our entire stay pleasant and stress-free. Five-star rating, well deserved! They even prepared a small cake and gifts for our child.

From the moment I arrived at the entrance, before I could even say a word, the concierge, Aaron Echole, proactively came forward to open the car door and help with my luggage. His movements were swift yet gentle, and he greeted me with a constant smile, showing no hint of perfunctoriness. During check-in, he patiently guided me and explained everything in detail. Every time I entered or left the hotel, he would offer a thoughtful greeting and an active hand to assist. His professionalism and excellent demeanor were evident in every detail.

We were very pleased with the room! We booked a river-view twin room for a trip with my mom. The beds were 1.5 meters wide, so they weren't cramped, and the room itself was spacious enough for two people to move around comfortably. The view from the window was perfect, and the windows were spotless. The facilities were excellent, the view was perfect, and I was especially impressed by the smart toilet – I'm definitely considering getting one now! The hotel is grand and very impressive, with a strong sense of history and culture. The service quality was also excellent. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews online. Every staff member we encountered was smiling, proactively helped with our luggage, and showed us to our room. The cleaning was meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel uses Aesop toiletries, which have a unique and pleasant scent and feel great to use. We all thought it was a wonderful stay; in short, it was perfect!
