During check-in, the hotel was very crowded, and we did not feel particularly welcomed upon arrival. While the reception team was friendly and provided good service, our experience with the restaurant staff was disappointing. We had made a reservation for the buffet dinner but were not informed about the additional surcharge until we proceeded with payment. When we asked for clarification regarding the surcharge, the staff were unable to provide any written explanation or official information and only gave a verbal response. The staff member, Izzah, who attended to us, could have handled the situation in a more professional and customer-focused manner. Her communication approach and attitude came across as unapproachable, which made us feel uncomfortable when seeking clarification. We hope the management can review this matter and improve the communication of additional charges, as well as provide better service training to ensure guests receive clear information and a more welcoming experience.

H**Great family stay — kids facilities are a standout, with a few quirks** (4.5/5) Stayed here in July with my wife and our 4-year-old, and the hotel really delivered for families. The kids facilities are excellent — pool slides that kept our little one entertained for hours, a kids club, and even wall climbing. One thing to note on the wall climbing: it's chargeable at MYR 35 per person, and on some days demand outweighs the available slots. There's no proper booking process either, so you may need to try your luck. Breakfast was good with a solid spread, and the staff deserve a mention — friendly throughout, from the concierge to the service team. On soundproofing: other reviews mention it being poor, but thankfully it was okay during our stay. You do hear people walking past your room, and there's a bit of motorcycle and car noise from outside, but nothing that affected our sleep. On location: it's walkable to Bukit Nanas LRT, though the route isn't sheltered, so plan around the weather. There isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel itself, but Grab is easy and cheap to get anywhere in KL, so it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, a great choice for families with young kids. Would stay again.

we love this place because we love the pool here， but what make our stay disappoint is their breakfast are way so simple compare to fourpoint next door 。not so recommended

Very vibrant and clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Good pressures hot shower! Very attentive and helpful staffs. Overall satisfied!

The location is great, within walking distance of KLCC. There's a water park, the kids loved ♥️♥️

The swimming was definitely a plus point with lots of things kids love to play with. The breakfast variety was large and everybody enjoyed it. The room considered decent and big to fit a family of 4. They even help to convert the sofa bed into a single bed. The location nearby klcc was jammed during peak hours.

Its our second time being here. My kids love renaissance hotel so much. The kids club, the pools, the family lounge, the special arrangement! The staff all are polite and helpful, overall, renaissance are best family hotel in KL!
