Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence-Warwick

Not only was the first night’s sleep disturbed with fire alarms, but the second day was also riddled with fire alarms. There were coffee packets that were used in the coffee machine in my room that were coved in mold . The toilet bowl had species on it. The woman at the counter at night time was riddled in tattoos and rude.

The cleanliness was the only and serious issue we experieneced. The fridge doors were splattered with food. Floor rugs had spots of hardened gum and/or sauce. The couch and seat upholstery were each stained. Urine around toiltes. Mattresses stained with blood. Indoor pool floors covered i trash and flies.

When we checked into the hotel and got to tell our room, the toilet was not working right?So they had to change our room. Then when I was at swimming pool area, it was fested with cappedit ants, and I reported that twice.\nAnd it's also ants in the lobby

The room was freezing cold the whole entire weekend my final night the power went out the managers or staff members didn’t seem To care nor accommodate anyone me and my family drove 6 hours for the most horrible stay ever for my daughters cheer comp and didn’t have comfort while lodging I will never stay here again please don’t book here they are horrible horrible horrible !!!!

Our room was not very clean. I literally got on my hands and knees and washed the kitchen floor and bathroom floor because it was disgusting. The floor was never vacuumed. we will definitely never stay at this location again. The staff did try to take care of the problem for us, but it already left a bad taste. The icemaker in the freezer did not work so you have to get bags of ice from the front desk. The sinks did not drain properly. Something outside our room in the sprinkler room would come on at night for about 15 to 20 minutes and be very loud, vibrating the whole room.

Nice stay overall. The room was clean and the staff was kind, but I was a bit disappointed I didn’t get the tub I requested.

Room was okay sofa bed was like a sheet of paper, a lot of obnoxious people in the pool area but staff was great and very courteous! Just a little updating would help but staff was really nice will go back

Pool was closed and that was the entire reason for our stay. Then was told at check in the pool would reopen at 8am and when me and my two children went to the pool area we were told it isn’t open and they are balancing chemicals an unsure when it would be open. Very poor service and found a huge spider dangling from the ceiling upon arrival to our room. Had cigarette smell lingering from our room as well.

The room was amazing and the receptionists at the front desk were great and extremely accommodating and very nice and professional especially Ashley, she was definitely number one for sure and if you ask me, she deserves a big raise for 100%. I will DEFINITELY without a doubt be coming backover and over again from here on Out
