Great location. Didn’t have to drive anything all weekend. Hotel needs some remodeling but nothing that caused me to want to give a bad review or felt like I didn’t get my money worth.

The hotel was super nice! The biggest two things that stood out was first the customer service was u matched!! As soon as you walk in the door your greeted with a smiling face and everyone was very accommodating and happy to help or guide in anyway possible! Number two the smell was absolutely by far the best! The entire hotel smelled so good!! The rooms were very nice and cleaned. The beds were super comfy! And the indoor/outdoor pool/hot tub was a plus for the kids! Will definitely be back again!

I loved everything my kind of vacation!!! I only had to give a 4 to staff because I walked in on a family in my room . They was nice about the mistake but it still was embarrassing for me and them . Other then that mistake I would definitely stay again

Room had a couple things broken. One was the bathroom door knob, and the other was a closet door knob. No trash bags in the trash cans. One elevator was down half the time and missing an open door button. Other than these small things the hotel is nice. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming!

Very nice. You can park your car and leave it, everything is within walking distance. The movie theater and all the restaurants were great. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and upscale. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Westin. We could walk out and be right at Bridge Street. The rooms were great and clean. We will stay here again.

Great customer service Staff was great! They recently had a remodel and did away with carpet which is a plus. However, you could tell that they rushed a few things, ie outlet covers missing and fixtures in bathroom with a gap for ceiling and plate cover. Cleanliness was excellent and staff extremely friendly which is a priority. They were also able to get me an early check in which I really appreciated.
