I stayed here for two unforgettable weeks with my son, and it truly feels like heaven on earth. The scenic beauty is absolutely breathtaking — peaceful, lush, and picture-perfect everywhere you look. The hospitality is incredible. Every person — reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff, spa doctors, attendants, security — is genuinely caring and attentive. Their warmth makes the entire experience feel special. The food deserves 10 stars! A fantastic variety, every dish delicious, and the chefs go out of their way to create meals tailored just for you. The spa treatments were another highlight. Dr. Ajay and Dr. Lekhmi are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful in customizing treatments. The yoga instructor was wonderful too. Rooms were beautiful, spotless, and always well maintained. They also create memorable experiences — special dinners, cooking and pottery classes, and even fresh coconut water cut straight from the tree! With stunning nature, great food, excellent treatments, and world-class hospitality (special thanks to Ameya, the GM), this place is a MUST visit. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return! ✨

My stay at Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra, Kovalam was nothing short of exceptional. The property is set on a stunning cliffside with breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and direct access to a secluded beach — the setting itself feels magical. The heritage cottages, designed in traditional Kerala style, strike the perfect balance between charm and modern comfort. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated to create a sense of peace and understated luxury. The spa therapies were among the best I’ve experienced, with Ayurvedic treatments that left me deeply relaxed and refreshed. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is another highlight — it’s the perfect spot to unwind as the sun sets. Dining was equally memorable, with fresh, flavorful meals served in the most picturesque settings. The staff deserves special mention for their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality, which made the experience even more personal. It was one of the best status of my life . Though it was a business trip ,but the warm people here showed made them a family in 3 days. Comfort 100 percent , view 100 percent . Food 100 percent. I will come back to this place again !!

Hidden gem. Great relaxing ambience. For people who seek inner happiness and calmness. Great view of sea and harbour. Great landscaping. Good food and very nice staffs. Select sea facing cottages if available for best experience. Have access to the beach

Good experience overall. Family cottage was good. Did not use pool due to .....Food is excellent especially the mutton curry and fish. Yoga Class early morning by Unni is a big bonus.
