Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything. The room size was just right, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The cleanliness was commendable, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. It's definitely a great choice whether for a vacation or a short stay. Felix provided good service.

Traveling solo to clear my head, I unexpectedly found a lot of warmth during this stay. A big thank you to Betty, who truly made me feel right at home. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even asking if I drove when I checked in and helping me register my license plate, which saved me a lot of hassle. She also paid attention to my feelings, asking if I was satisfied with the room and proactively inquiring if I had any needs regarding my stay, helping me wherever she could. These small details were genuinely heartwarming. Even though this hotel has been open for a few years, the room facilities are well-maintained, the view is great, and I also got to experience the unique swimming pool. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. I was thoroughly satisfied in every aspect. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I will definitely come back to stay here!

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The buffet offered high-quality ingredients with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and dishes were replenished promptly without any empty slots. The dining atmosphere was comfortable, and a stroll through the small garden after a meal was very relaxing. The staff were warm and attentive, with Felix providing particularly thoughtful service.

I came here for a staycation to check out the popular infinity pool. Our butler, Bonnie, added me on WeChat beforehand to follow up on our needs before check-in and our experience after. She really cares about guest satisfaction and was super responsive to all our requests. The famous high-altitude pool is beautiful, too bad the weather wasn't great. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and even helped register our visitors for free parking. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, you can tell it was well-chosen in its early construction, being very close to the British School. The gym and pool facilities are excellent, and the views are great too.

The facilities aren't the newest, but they're relatively clean. Areas for improvement: The staff knocked once then just opened the door and came in, which was quite startling. This happened twice during my three-day stay. Also, after the cleaning lady finished, she left a dirty rag... Service training definitely needs to be enhanced.
