The front desk is on the 88th floor and offers a beautiful view. We were upgraded to a room with views from two sides, which was fantastic! The restaurant also has stunning views, and dining with such scenery is a real treat. For breakfast, we always found a table available, and the spread was generous, including roujiamo and freshly fried dough sticks, which my family absolutely loved! Lisa and Tracy, the restaurant staff, provided excellent service!

Environment and Facilities: High-floor panoramic windows offer an unbeatable view of the city's nightscape. The room is spacious and tidy, with the BRIGHT toiletries and heated towel rack being a nice bonus. The shower stall had a minor leak that was promptly fixed, which was appreciated. Dining: The breakfast spread is rich and varied, offering both Western and local Liaoning-style snacks. There's a good selection of pastries and fruits that kids will love. The sky bar on the 88th floor has a fantastic ambiance. Minor Drawbacks: The building's structure requires two elevator transfers, which can be a bit of a hassle. The lobby can also get a bit noisy during peak hours due to the large number of people checking in/out.

The room was very comfortable with a great view and cozy bedding. The transportation was super convenient and the service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. They even gave us a small doll. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Shenyang.

Perfect location! It's right next to a big mall and a subway station, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. Since my friend and I booked together, the front desk even gave us a thoughtful upgrade. Highly recommend!

The room is incredibly spacious, and the view from the 83rd floor is absolutely stunning. The service is attentive and warm, making for a truly comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and having a big fried dough stick with soy milk was a treat I haven't had in ages – so delicious! 😋

The environment is great, right next to a shopping mall. The only minor inconvenience is that the front desk is on the 88th floor, so you have to transfer elevators. There was a kind, slim, handsome guy at the front desk who even gave me a small gift, but I forgot his name.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room. It's on a high floor with a great view. The front desk staff, Clara, Stone, Peter, and Vivan, all provided excellent and professional service. The other departments also maintained a high standard. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It has comprehensive facilities, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It offers excellent value for money.

Facilities: New, not old. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Good. Service: Warm and thoughtful. They offered fruit upon check-in and asked if I needed turn-down service in the evening. The mineral water and tissues in the room were continuously replenished without me even having to ask, which was really great! 👍

Overall, it was pretty good and met my expectations. The lobby reception area is a bit too small, making it feel cramped. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was just okay, but dinner was decent. The hotel breakfast was quite varied, and the overall service was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Special shoutout to Miss Lisa, who was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and meticulous.
