Everything was fantastic, especially employee #222 who helped me with my luggage, and employee #217 who proactively assisted us onto the hotel's airport shuttle. Thank you for your warm service and support on New Year's Eve. The hotel was very quiet for sleeping, and even though we checked in at 3 AM, they kindly allowed us a complimentary late check-out until 3 PM. The front desk staff were also incredibly enthusiastic; it felt like coming home on New Year's Eve. The breakfast was exceptionally rich and varied.
