The hotel's design is truly impressive, and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant also offered great dishes, and the views were absolutely stunning.

Towards the end of the summer vacation, I came to Shanghai for a business trip with a short leisure break. This wasn't my first stay at MGM COTAI, and the overall experience once again far exceeded my expectations. I really must thank Cici from Guest Relations. Even at the tail end of the holiday, the hotel was still quite busy. As a returning guest, Cici remembered my travel habits and proactively coordinated my check-in needs, considering my work requirements, and helped me secure a quiet, high-floor room. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to various exhibition halls for work. In my free time, I could also relax with a stroll along the riverside. The room was spacious and bright with superb river views, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a busy day of work. Housekeeping was well-maintained, and all the amenities worked smoothly. Whether it was inquiring about travel information or handling last-minute small requests, Cici handled everything reliably and efficiently. The hotel not only boasts the quality of a high-end establishment but also has a rare human touch. This trip perfectly blended business and leisure, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I sincerely thank Cici for her thoughtful service.

The hotel's location is excellent! The MGM Shanghai West Bund was a great choice for this conference! The facilities are comprehensive, the environment is beautiful, the service is good, and the rooms are tidy and clean.

This was my first stay at MGM Shanghai West Bund, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Lumi from Guest Relations, and housekeeping staff Yang Shujing and Pan Biying. There was no tedious back-and-forth communication before my arrival, yet they remembered my slight preference for room orientation and had everything perfectly arranged upon check-in. The check-in process was efficient, without unnecessary formalities. They clearly explained the hotel's services and thoughtfully provided a tip about the crowded pool on weekends. During my stay, I needed some in-room amenities temporarily, and my request was quickly responded to and efficiently handled. The hotel has a strong artistic vibe throughout, with art installations everywhere, making it highly recognizable. The room was clean and refreshing, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, I had a panoramic view of the Huangpu River. The high-altitude pool offered expansive views, and a relaxing dip after a busy day was incredibly stress-relieving. While high-end hotel hardware is undoubtedly important, it's often the human service that leaves the deepest impression. This entire stay was easy and comfortable, definitely worth a visit. I will prioritize this hotel for future trips to Shanghai.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were all smiling. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both were delicious. The only thing I'd suggest is to add more variety to the mini-bar.

Didn't want to deal with crowds this summer, so I found a hotel on the West Bund to chill out. The twin room didn't have many upgrade options, but there were more choices for king-size beds. The check-in process was pretty quick, going from the basement up to the first floor, then to the 57th floor to settle in. Room service was also very prompt – they brought extra pillows and edible ice within five minutes. The decaf capsule coffee was surprisingly good, don't miss it! The classic milk tea included with the Trip.com package can be picked up at the restaurant next to the front desk after 11:30 AM daily.

Our original two-day stay turned into three because we were so incredibly satisfied with the experience. I have to give a special shout-out to KIKI at the Executive Lounge – she was so thoughtful! Not only did she make me a custom cocktail, but after dinner, she even brought me warm honey water to help with the alcohol. The hotel's afternoon tea can get a bit crowded and noisy, but the Executive Lounge truly won me over!

My stay at the MGM Shanghai was absolutely perfect! The hotel's hardware facilities are high-end and exquisite, the rooms are spacious and tidy, and the details are thoughtfully designed. The service, too, was incredibly attentive and thorough; the staff were warm, polite, and responded to my needs promptly and efficiently. I felt completely at home throughout my stay. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai!
