Full marks, highly recommend! The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially Cici, who proactively confirmed my arrival time before I even left. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and she enthusiastically shared tips for local attractions and dining. Any requests during my stay were promptly addressed. She was always gentle and professional. The entire experience was excellent, making this my top choice for travel!

Zora was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped with my large luggage and even arranged a late check-out. The communication throughout was easy and natural. MGM's first city hotel in mainland China truly lives up to its reputation! The 57th-floor sky lobby feels like an art gallery, and the river view is absolutely stunning. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

This was my first stay at MGM, and it left a great first impression. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-laid out; I especially loved the separate vanity area. The service at LUMI was incredibly thoughtful and attentive – they sent a welcome message and reminders even before check-in, and the welcome snacks were delicious! While breakfast wasn't super extensive, it had all the essentials, and the little details really stood out: the toast was kept covered, the butter was at room temperature, and all the necessary condiments were provided. These touches show the refinement and sense of occasion you'd expect from a five-star hotel.

The room was spacious and the staff were quite friendly. There were a few minor issues, but they were all resolved positively. However, it felt like every little problem required a tip, which I can understand, but it happened a bit too frequently.

Our home was moving, and there was a one-day gap, which happened to be a Monday. So, I used a weekend package I'd booked for a single night at the MGM – something I’d been looking forward to! I arrived at the hotel around 2 PM on Monday after lunch. Driving myself, I found the dedicated underground parking lot very convenient. From there, an elevator takes you directly to the first floor. I then realized check-in was actually on the 57th floor. The staff on the first floor were quite patient. Upon reaching the 57th floor for check-in, the immediate impression was one of tranquility and luxury. The views from the 57th floor as you step out of the elevator are simply stunning. The lady who checked me in was also excellent, comparable to my experience at MGM Macau. Although it was a basic package, I heard this hotel has a high upgrade rate, and indeed, I was pleasantly surprised! I got a river-view room on the highest floor, the 56th – I was thrilled to check in! **Facilities and Environment:** Absolutely fantastic! 🎉 This is why I prefer newly built hotels. The bed, bathtub, mini-fridge, and sofa – all the hardware felt incredibly high quality. The room was spacious enough for a family of three, with plenty of room to spare, and it didn't feel cheap at all. You really feel like your money was well spent! Opening the curtains revealed the Huangpu River and the West Bund. Even though I frequently visit the West Bund, this view was still amazing! Floors 58 and 59 house the swimming pool and gym. I went for a swim in the afternoon; the water temperature was just right, and it wasn't crowded. Swimming alone was incredibly relaxing 😌. There's also a dedicated small pool for children, so parents can play with their kids. When tired, relaxing by the pool with a towel and enjoying the view isn't bad either! I went to the gym again at 11 PM. The facilities rivaled those of Change Pro – everything you could ask for. It was empty late at night, so working out alone was fantastic! If you're a lady using the treadmill, the night view would be very enjoyable. Afterwards, I used the shared changing room with the pool, which included showers and a sauna – absolutely brilliant! For someone like me who can't skip these, it was pure bliss! 🤩 **Service:** The service goes without saying – it met the standards I expected. There are three restaurants on the 57th and 58th floors: Chinese, Italian, and a breakfast restaurant, covering various needs. I heard their breakfast is excellent, but unfortunately, I overslept and missed it. The other two restaurants are a bit pricey for dinner. I'd suggest strolling along the nearby West Bund and dining there instead – it'll be a worthwhile experience. Overall, my one-night stay at the West Bund MGM was extremely satisfying. I'd definitely consider coming back for a couple more days if I get the chance! I hope my review helps you too! 💙

My friend said it's truly an MGM expansive river-view suite, offering a unique luxurious lifestyle. It comes with executive lounge access and a pass to the West Bank Library, though I didn't have time to visit this trip. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip.

Our room was meticulously cleaned, with brand-new, complete facilities, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a particularly quiet night's rest. Cici and Zora provided attentive follow-up throughout. Before arrival, they proactively contacted us about our itinerary and adjusted the room as needed. Upon check-in, they thoroughly explained the hotel's services. They handled luggage storage and extra toiletries efficiently and with polite, gentle service. With both great facilities and thoughtful service, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai.
