Cabin’s are slightly dusty and may have cobwebs but not to the point where it would bother you.
There were reviews saying it was *******, safe to say, did not see any of the sort.
We love the cozy type resorts and typically avoid city hotels, but this time round the resort is a little far from the city taking 30-50min depending on traffic.
Overall great experience.
The mini zoo package is a bit pricey, but the tour guide uncle was very engaging and informative. He shared a lot of knowledge.
Breakfast was only a partial à la carte and buffet, perhaps because there weren't many guests, so there wasn't a wide choice of food.
In room 3020, there was a leakage in the shower between the shaft and the ceiling. The pantry floor felt a bit fragile and not 'solid', which could potentially cause injury.
Overall, everything else was fine.
Secondly, I experienced ongoing problems with the television. After contacting maintenance, the TV was replaced with a Mi Stick TV; however, due to poor Wi-Fi connectivity, the issue persisted and I was still unable to watch anything.
This brings me to another major concern, the Wi-Fi service. The connection was extremely poor throughout my stay, affecting both the TV functionality and general internet usage.
The breakfast offered was also quite underwhelming and did not meet expectations.
Additionally, I was disappointed to find that access to the farm required an extra fee. I would like to suggest that complimentary entry be provided for in-house guests, especially for families traveling with children, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
Lastly, the swimming pool area lacked sufficient huts and seating. When the area became crowded, there were not enough spaces for guests to sit and relax comfortably.
