Hotel Kikuyu

It's great that it's close to the station. Having a supermarket nearby is also a plus. The breakfast was delicious too.

The staff at the counter were incredibly kind! When I left my luggage, they said, "We'll leave it in your room for you," and when I checked in and entered the room, it was so warm, which I really appreciated 😖 When I checked out, they even said, "There's snow, so please be careful," which warmed my heart 💖

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Hotel Kikuyu. The room was well-equipped and offered Wi-Fi. The bathroom provided toiletries (towels, shampoo, and shower gel). The meals were thoughtful and delicious every day. The owners were kind and friendly, which made me, a foreign traveler new to Japan, feel instantly at ease. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, with bus stops in front of the station serving almost every route, providing easy access to various parts of Tono City. The tourism association is nearby, making it convenient to inquire about tourist information and transportation, allowing me to wait patiently for my journey. Thank you so much to Hotel Kikuyu for their help during my stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tono.

老夫婦が運営する老舗ホテル。建物は経年劣化を否めないが、手入れはされているので問題はない。風呂があり湯に浸かりたい時は重宝します。朝食は手作りで豪華ではないが、必要十分です。朝食につく岩泉ヨーグルトは美味しい。

朝食が丁寧で、泣いちゃうくらい美味しいです。 ご主人の優しさが沁みます。

とても気に入ったので、また利用したいです。
