Everything was great except for the half-open shower, which didn't have a door. The location is excellent; it was so convenient to drop off my shopping at Galeries Lafayette safely and quickly.

Not a very satisfying experience. 1. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. A dirty diaper from the previous day wasn't removed. 2. The staff weren't very welcoming. When issues arose, they tended to push the problem back to the guest instead of offering solutions. It was really disappointing to find them even lying to get the job done. 3. The room's facilities didn't match the price point. It was generally dim, so I wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were either too high or too low. The hairdryer was subpar, so you might want to bring your own. One night, around midnight, there was a power outage while I was showering. Power was restored quickly, but there was no cold water, so I had to make do with hot water. The restaurant was excellent, though not cheap. Breakfast was about 50 euros and didn't offer a huge variety, but the ingredients were high quality.

Convenient location, clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is superb, right downstairs on Gratitude Avenue, and the LV boutique is just a one-minute walk away. The room also has a great view and a small balcony, making it a very promising stay. However, the bathroom design is truly baffling. The shower area is completely open, with no privacy whatsoever. It's awkward for anyone except couples – if one person is showering, the other can't get in or out at all. Even more bizarrely, the bathtub is right by the entrance; you just swipe your card and it's there. Every time you shower or take a bath, you're constantly on edge, with absolutely no privacy. The service is even more disappointing. My friend wasn't feeling well due to the change in environment, so we specifically told the front desk to clean the room before leaving at 10:00 AM. When we returned at 12:30 PM, the room hadn't been touched. We went downstairs again to tell them, and they were gone for another hour. When we returned around 2:00 PM, the room was still the same. When we inquired again, they said, "Just wait 15 minutes," but we ended up waiting for an hour and a half. During the entire process, I repeatedly urged them to come back, while my friend could only lie on the sofa feeling uncomfortable, and the staff showed no remorse whatsoever. I asked for the manager's email address, but they refused, only saying, "She'll come down and talk to you right away." This "right away" was delayed for almost an hour, finally appearing at 4:30 PM after we returned to our room. When they finally arrived, they didn't apologize, simply coldly stating, "Our cleaning hours are from morning until 5:00 PM, and cleaning during this time is reasonable." Furthermore, they didn't provide us with new toothbrushes for two out of three days. Even after reminding them, there was no apology, just a perfunctory "Oh, I'll get them for you now." Even more baffling, the soap we put out ourselves was always thrown away every time we put a new one in—it was gone as soon as we put it in, not a single bar left. Overall, the location is indeed excellent, and the view is unbeatable, but given the service and attention to detail, it's really hard to recommend them.

The service was excellent! The location is in the city center! You can walk to anywhere. The hotel is very safe! We went out last night and came back at 4 AM! The main door was locked, but a staff member was on duty and opened the door for us! The room was very spacious! The smoking and drinking area downstairs was also comfortable! We could have some dessert and read a book there. 😍😍😍😍😍

Excellent location, close to shopping avenue and Casa Milà, spacious rooms, and great breakfast service!

I stayed here temporarily because there were insects at home. It is a very good hotel with good service. The most important thing is that the room is good and the environment is good.
