SpringHill Suites Hartford Airport/Windsor Locks

I am a single woman traveler. I was given the first room on the first floor next to the elevators. Which made me feel uncomfortable. Then my room had a broken AC and the floor was SOAKED in water. They moved me directly across the hall. Other than that, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel looks new and modern because of the update renovation; however material quality and workmanship are quite poor and lack of attention to detail. The shower box was cheap and leaky. Room was spacious. Breakfast was poor - all packaged and processed foods.

I love the service here. Richard at the front desk is just absolutely amazing. He is courteous and professional. I am a regular customer and he always goes above and beyond. As far as the facilities themselves.... no complaints. It's typically good and clean. The location is very convenient and close to the airport offering a free shuttle to BDL Airport around the clock.

Hotel staff was amazing. Price was decent. Room needs a lot of love. Handle to bathroom door broken. Another door to where the toilet is has a door you have to push hard to close in order to lock it. Breakfast is very limited.

This property was spotless. Staff was extremely courteous. I'd like to recognize Mr. Omar, and Mr.Demar. These gentlemen are the staple of customer service. They were always pleasant. I was always greeted with a smile, as well as verbally. Very informative, and helpful. When you have staff that care they make the difference. I will definitely recommend this property to my fellow colleagues. Customer service is priority 👌 👏
