The room was really clean, well-equipped, nice, and the views were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the pool area almost every day. However, the service and management are incredibly disappointing. During our 4-night stay, the Xfinity TV system didn't work at all. We reported it to front desk, but nobody showed up. As sports fans, we missed the NHL Finals and the soccer World Cup entirely. On top of that, the hotel has been holding an $800 security deposit on my credit card for nearly a month since check-out. I have sent two emails directly to the General Manager, to request compensation for the broken amenities, but I have been completely ignored. Very unprofessional post-stay customer service. Beware of their communication failures.

This place was absolutely amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer! The location was wonderful. The staff are ALL super friendly and helpful and the room was perfect!

Clean room and this is a condo so it’s not really a hotel. I enjoyed my one night there and they let me park until the afternoon so I really appreciated that there was no bottle of wine waiting for me as it said in the ******* rental amenities section, but the fitness center was worth it.

Level Chicago was perfect in every way. Location was good, staff was friendly, on site garage parking was convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities were great, big gym and the sauna was nice and hot! Didn't have time to use the pool or bbq grills but that space looked well maintained and inviting as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.

To park you have to pull into a garage on Grand Ave and call the hotel desk to get the gate to open. Had to call 5 times to get through ... meanwhile other customers are piling up behind me and blocking traffic on this busy street. There has to be a better way to access the garage during peek check-in hours.

Everything was amazing! The women at the front desk, specifically Joy and Makaya, absolutely wonderful! Our day was perfect. Everything was considered and I have zero complaints. Absolutely will stay here again.!!
