I absolutely loved this hotel – the staff, the building and the room were all spot on. I’d happily recommend a stay here to anyone. The rooftop view is lovely, and the location is brilliantly convenient.

The only shortcoming for this hotel is the food selection in the breakfast buffet. Lacking for a 5 stars hotel. Other than that, everything else is very good.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at Hotel de la Coupole. While there were moments of true luxury and care, the inconsistencies in service are unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The Good: • Warm Welcome & Birthdays: The initial arrival was fantastic. Staff rushed to help with our bags, and because it was my birthday, they beautifully decorated the bed and provided a complimentary cake and fruits. This was a wonderful touch. • Generous Essentials: They provided more than enough bottled water, which we highly appreciated and even used to wash street-bought fruit. • Friendly Teams: The "behind the scenes" staff (like housekeeping and restaurant teams) were incredibly friendly and kind. The Bad: • Check-in Double Standards: While my husband was checking in, the receptionist right next to him told another guest that the hotel "doesn't take deposits." Yet, the receptionist helping my husband demanded a deposit from him. They didn't enforce it after he explained he didn't have local currency, but this lack of consistency and fairness left a terrible first impression. • Lack of Clear Communication: We were simply told breakfast was on the "10th floor," but given no clear directions. We had to return to reception to find out it was inside CHIC restaurant. A 5-star hotel should give precise directions from the start. • Room Wear & Tear: The room decor is nice, but it is starting to look dilapidated. There were even visible stains on the bathroom floors. • Appalling Checkout Service: The biggest disappointment was leaving. While hotel staff actively rushed to help other departing guests with their luggage, they completely ignored us. We were left to drag our own bags out while watching them help everyone else. It was an appalling way to end our stay. Verdict: A beautiful property with some lovely staff, but front-desk management and checkout service need serious training to treat all guests equally.

We got good memory here! The service is good, especially the counter service was truly excellent and attentive. The breakfast is good ! Pool is good ! Wow pass is good too!

Excellent service provided by the hotel especially with the Fansipan VIP tickets purchased through their reception. However, the maintenance of teh rooms doesnt live up to its 5 star reputation. Breakfast was overrated with the coffee done extremely poorly and pastries being stale.
