Hotel is great, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean. You get bottle of Water, Tea bags and coffee every day. I love it because it is very well sound proof room and you can hardly hear anything from outside. Also great Pool area. You need a cap for the hair. If you don't have it, you can buy it for 7eur at the Pool reception.
They can only improve some service at the reception desk. The lady was really confused. When we arrived, she hardly found us in the system and when we left, she wanted to charge us some food and drinks from the restaurant, that we did not have and did not order. We ased for the manager to come, but then she called somewhere and it was then ok. Beside that, the hotel was great, also shuttle Bus is a big plus. It drives you to the Gardaland and there you can switch a bus also to the city of Pescaria. Really great if you stay in the hotel for more than 1 day. The themed rooms are a wonderful experiance.
