Elegant Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower Yongningmen

An excellent hotel, full of warmth. We stayed for six nights in total. The front desk staff were lovely and very kind, and my child adored them. The hotel provided plenty of water and drinks daily. There's a fantastic observation deck, and both the room service and front desk service were top-notch. They even gave my child a gift when we left. Highly recommend! Consistently excellent, especially the dryer in the laundry room – it's fantastic! No wonder so many international guests choose to stay here. From the lobby decor to the bar design, every corner of this hotel is a photo-op waiting to happen.

I highly recommend the Elegance Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower Yongning Gate! The location is unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to visit major attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers, and the Yongning Gate city wall. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable – a truly pleasant stay. The fifth-floor viewing terrace is a hidden gem, offering expansive views directly overlooking the Yongning Gate city wall, and the evening nightscape is particularly stunning. After a full day of sightseeing, coming back to the hotel and enjoying the breeze on the terrace while admiring the ancient city lights instantly washed away all travel fatigue. The room was great, very clean, and had a beautiful view, especially at night. The overall service was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and thoughtful. They even offered afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which was incredibly considerate. My trip to Xi'an was full of unexpected pleasant surprises and genuine hospitality. I forgot my facial cleanser when checking out, and the kind manager personally arranged for it to be sent to me via express delivery, along with a small gift. Since I was traveling with a child, they also upgraded us to a view room for free. Downstairs, there are plenty of places to eat, which was very convenient. It was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's central location and the incredible view from the room meant we didn't even need to visit a separate scenic spot, haha! Many thanks to the manager for their kindness and the gifts!

I brought my son to Xi'an for a family trip this time, and I picked the Yongning Gate Yazhi Hotel purely by chance. Their attentiveness far exceeded my expectations. To top it off, the hotel even upgraded our room type for free – they're incredibly generous! Our entire stay was excellent. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service, with a gentle and meticulous attitude. Their service was consistently on point; whether we had questions or daily requests, they responded promptly, patiently, and thoroughly. There's also no need to worry about the hotel's hardware facilities or cleanliness. The guest rooms were spotless, odor-free, well-equipped, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the city center, adjacent to Yongning Gate. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, visiting attractions, and enjoying local food, which saved a lot of time and effort when traveling with a child. What was especially heartwarming was that, considering we were traveling with a child and had a relaxed itinerary, the hotel thoughtfully offered us a complimentary late check-out. This meant we didn't have to rush, making our trip much more leisurely. From the considerate pre-sales inquiries and free room upgrade to the excellent environment, facilities, quality service, and convenient location, every detail was particularly satisfying. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Xi'an with family. The value for money and service quality are both outstanding – it's definitely a top-notch choice you can't go wrong with!!!
