Our stay at Glass Resort was nothing short of extraordinary — truly the nicest accommodation in all of Rovaniemi. From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. Waking up to the snowy landscape through the panoramic glass windows was surreal, and ending each day in our private sauna and jacuzzi was absolute bliss. The combination of warmth, privacy, and the Arctic surroundings created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and deeply peaceful. The entire team at the resort deserves special praise. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help. Their warm attitude added so much to the overall atmosphere and made us feel completely at home. We especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled — from check-in to restaurant reservations and local recommendations. The food was outstanding every single day. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the dinners were beautifully prepared with local ingredients — each plate felt like a small experience on its own. We looked forward to every meal. Our accommodation was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The heated floors, cozy interiors, and the perfect mix of modern Scandinavian style with Arctic charm made the space incredibly comfortable. Watching the snow fall from the comfort of our warm room felt like living inside a postcard. It was genuinely difficult to find any areas for improvement, but if we had to mention two very minor suggestions: although sleep masks are already provided, an upgraded, softer version would make mornings even more comfortable; and a higher-quality hairdryer would be a nice touch to match the otherwise premium amenities. Overall, our stay was unforgettable in every way. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip — this time with friends — to stay at the Lodge. That alone says everything. Glass Resort offers a magical, peaceful, and luxurious escape, and we cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Rovaniemi.
