Glass Resort

This is the best hotel you can stay when visiting Lapland! The vilas are super nice: a glass dome with view to the northern lights, the glass heats up to melt the snow for you not to miss anything, the outdoor jacuzzi is a blast with the kids when snowing, the sauna very nice for the parents. The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good, as dishes are very nice.

Had the pleasure of staying two nights, and we absolutely loved it. The rooms are beautifully designed and the furnishings of impeccable quality. A few other observations on top of other reviewers: the buffet breakfast is superb (loved the brioche toast, salted caramel pancakes and juice shots); the three course dinner at Gallis is equally impressive (and our thanks to the wonderful Diana for making us feel so welcome for our double birthday celebration dinner). One small and important observation: the bedroom loft is gorgeous but the spiral staircase up could be challenging for some. All in all, it was one of the most memorable and pleasurable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Hats off to the team for making us feel so welcome! We will return!

Very nice, got to see the northern lights from the resort, the food was really good especially the breakfast. the hot tub was always warm and very clean, better expected and was an amazing experience for this trip. The villas and amenities are high quality and thoughtful. We would rate it 6 stars if we could.

Excellent restaurant and food, nice hot tubs and saunas, and a lovely staff. The glass roof is interesting, but takes a bit to settle into the room: very small bathroom and a spiral staircase to the bed that was designed for 16 year olds. All in all a ln interesting and fun experience.

Service was top notch, location and buildings are beautiful. Nothing missing from this wonderful place!

We had a wonderful stay at Glass Resort. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also a major advantage for us, with SantaPark less than 100 metres away. Being able to walk there in just a couple of minutes made the whole experience incredibly convenient. The food at Restaurant Gallis was absolutely amazing and truly first class — definitely one of the highlights of our visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The location is very near to Santa Claus Village. The room is quiet and relax. We have a wonderful night in this wonderful place!

The cottages are really nice, breakfast and restaurant service super. When this is the pricelevel, you would think that such as coffee and milk would be refilled without customer asking for it. Also a different experience that the reception woman accused us of not paying our bill several times before she realized that she had the wrong customers.
