The front desk staff were polite and responded promptly to any requests. The environment was quiet and peaceful without any disturbance. The surrounding area has complete amenities, the facilities are well-maintained, and there is an ample supply of hot water. A truly relaxing and worry-free stay.

Staying at Sayram Lake Chaoke Starry Sky Camp exceeded all expectations. The camp is very close to the East Gate, making it extremely convenient to enter the scenic area. The service was attentive; golf carts picked up our luggage right at the door, and the front desk staff were warm and efficient. The starry-sky room offered expansive views—we could see the lake right from our bed, and after the camp lights went out at night, the starry sky was breathtaking. The floor heating worked great, so it wasn't cold by the lake at night, and the hot water supply was reliable. Breakfast was quite good for being inside a scenic area, and the Big Plate Chicken (Da Pan Ji) for dinner is definitely worth a try. The overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, perfect for anyone who wants a peaceful getaway to watch the lake and stars. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake.

I read the reviews below before booking this hotel. The hotel thoughtfully replied to every single review, which made me decide to book here. When we arrived, it turned out to be completely true. The staff are attentive, thorough, and very responsible. We arrived at 7 PM, and they still prepared afternoon tea for us. The hotel restaurant is quite pretty and great for taking photos. We stayed in the Starlit Room, and the owner thoughtfully arranged room 701 for us. However, the weather was just so-so on the day we went, so we didn't get to see a sky full of stars, which was a pity. In the evening, a staff member personally brought us two cups of hot milk~ You can see Sayram Lake from the window, and the view is stunning. Round-trip shuttle between the camp and Sayram Lake Town: The shuttle service is extremely efficient and takes only about 2 minutes. The interior of the vehicle was also very warm.

Environment: The campsite environment is a real bonus. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and when the weather is good, you just have to look up to see the stars. The vibe was unbeatable. Overall, this stay was thoroughly pleasant and a rare, relaxing experience. If you want to stay at a campsite around here, this is the top choice. We'll definitely come back again given the chance!

The best hotel experience ever! They graciously upgraded me to a family room for free, and there are constant shuttle buggies to take you from your room right to the entrance. You can see the stars at night and catch the sunrise too. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, definitely stay here—you get night skies and sunrises, plus the on-site restaurant has a performance at 8 PM that's fun to check out. The breakfast is also fantastic with plenty of options. Highly recommended, a must-try experience!

This was my first time visiting Sayram Lake, and I booked a stay at the Stargazing Camp. I initially thought the road would be very remote, but upon arriving at the camp, staff guided us to parking and helped us with our luggage to the room. The room was very spacious and even had a skylight for stargazing. The night sky was incredibly beautiful! The room thoughtfully provided afternoon tea and toiletries. Breakfast the next day was also very generous! I've already recommended it to friends! When we left, they even gave us small gifts. It was my husband's birthday today, and he received a big gift package! They really helped us create wonderful memories at Sayram Lake!
