This hotel is super convenient for travelers going to and from mainland China, especially if you need cross-border coaches or airport buses. It's also great for exploring Mong Kok's shopping and food scene. The environment is clean and tidy too. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both Disneyland and downtown for shopping. The staff were really friendly and even upgraded our room. The twin room was quite spacious. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff – they were amazing! In the morning, our room was a mess because we were getting ready to go out, but when we came back, everything was tidied up perfectly, and they even folded our pajamas and placed them on the pillows. Highly recommend this place; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The room was pretty good. Although it wasn't big, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is also close to the subway, and there's a 7-Eleven and Yuen Long Cafe right downstairs. There was also a universal adapter provided.

Overall, the room and service were good. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, not far from the subway station, cross-border bus stops, and local bus routes. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the cleaning ladies were also very nice; it didn't matter if I didn't understand Cantonese, as they spoke Mandarin directly. It seems to be an older hotel under CITS. Being an older hotel, it's inevitably a bit dated, but the interior seems to have been renovated. This time, I got an upgraded room, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Perhaps because I'd seen so many negative reviews online, my expectations were quite low, but my 3-day stay was quite good overall. It has double-glazed windows, so you can tell this older street-side hotel has done its best 🤦‍♂️. The placement of the clothesline isn't very practical; you can't really hang much on it.

The staff were gentle and polite, check-out was super fast, and the hygiene was spot on. The mattress was really comfortable, and it was convenient to find places to eat and shop nearby. They even upgraded my room type, and the room was super spacious!

The hotel's Mong Kok location is really convenient. The A21 airport bus stops right outside. It's also super easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui with the MTR Prince Edward station nearby. There are tons of food options in the area. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or you can buy them downstairs.

My husband was on a business trip, so we brought the kids along to explore. The hotel's location is excellent, with a cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) right downstairs and convenient transportation. The front desk assigned us room 812 or 811 on the 8th floor; my husband can't quite remember. The room itself was nice, but it felt like two rooms carved out of a suite, with absolutely no soundproofing. We could hear everything from the next room – people using the bathroom, playing games, talking – crystal clear. Thankfully, the room service was fantastic and provided earplugs. Both the room service and restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful. If we stay here again, I hope we don't get stuck with such a poor room.
