A stylish hotel centrally located very conveniently just next to the Liverpool Lime Street Station and in walkable distance to major attractions. Newly renovated and clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. Will definately choose to stay here again if I visit Liverpool again.

Conveniently located near the train station, easily accessible on foot. However, the room itself is a bit small, and with the large bed, it was difficult to open my suitcase.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and you cannot beat its location. Straight out of the train station, turn right, and it's there. 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Rooms are adequate size, fairly basic but perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. Bed was very comfy along with the pillows and bedding. Bar lacks any atmosphere which is a shame. Reception staff are always ready to give you a great welcome. Would recommend upgrading to get a St.George's view room.

Location: Right next to the train station, with a direct passage to the station, so you don't need to go outside. The room was quite spacious, though I could hear some train noise, but it didn't disturb my rest. I really loved the lobby's decor.

An absolutely amazing hotel, beautifully decorated. Bed was big and very comfortable. You can definitely see where the £30M renovation 4 years ago was spent. Staff where super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, I didn't rate my evening meal but that's just down to personal taste. Would definitely go again. Loved it/

Very nice room. Very helpful staff and also lovely breakfast. Found the location perfect when traveling via train. Attached to Liverpool Lime Street station so very convenient. Would stay there again happily
