Good location with a nice view, facing the harbour. Service was slightly above average, even though it’s rated as the world’s best hotel. Despite the cancellation of the fireworks, there were no alternative complimentary offerings (treats, snacks, or meals). That said, the room is great for a family of three, especially with kids.

The room design was great, and it was very convenient to get in and out. The service was also excellent; the staff always greeted us when they passed by and even allowed for a late check-out. However, breakfast was just average and very crowded.

This hotel is terrible. Check-in was a hassle; I had to wait a long time, and they kept rushing me when taking the deposit. Now, several days later, the deposit still hasn't been refunded. I do not recommend it. It's really bad, especially the manager, whose service attitude was very arrogant.
