Payaa Hotel

I've stayed here 3 times already and have been impressed every time. The service and staff are excellent, very friendly and always smiling. What's more, you get to use the room for 24 hours. I checked in at 11 PM and checked out at 3 PM because I was moving to another place. I had breakfast at 12 PM, combining breakfast, brunch, and lunch into one meal, and you can order as much as you like. Breakfast: The breakfast here is incredibly good value and delicious. It's à la carte with unlimited ordering. I highly recommend the Smoked Salmon Wasabi – two pieces are never enough! And the Zaru Soba, the cold soba noodles, are absolutely delicious.

I was very impressed with the bell staff; their service was excellent from the moment we drove up to the hotel until we left. We barely had to touch our luggage! Thank you for the wonderful service. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance. The food was delicious too!

Excellent! The reception staff were fantastic, and the security guard did a great job directing traffic. I arrived late, between 10 and 11 PM, and the security guard helped me find a parking spot right away. Check-in was immediate, and I was offered a welcome drink upon entering the hotel. A staff member even carried my luggage all the way to my room – truly top-notch service! Breakfast is served until 4 PM, so you can literally eat and sleep within the hotel. For anyone looking for a relaxing stay, this place offers incredible value.

I stayed here in 2023 and the hygiene was excellent, with clean towels and sheets that felt brand new. The location is also very convenient.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped out of the car, staff were there to greet us, help with our luggage, and guide us. The front desk staff were also incredibly patient, getting us checked in and telling us we could head straight up to our room, with our luggage to follow. Honestly, the experience from start to finish was excellent. Everyone was smiling and friendly. I'll definitely be booking here again next time!

Service was great during check-in, but a minor downside was that if you have a bathtub in the room, it can make the whole room feel very humid. Also, it was quite odd that there was only hot water for showering on both nights. The pool is basically just for show, very shallow. There are many bars and massage parlors nearby, but it's also very close to the outlet, Terminal 2, and the airplane night market, which is convenient at least.

The food was so delicious, especially the Afternoon Tea. Everything was yummy! I was very impressed 💖💖

Excellent hotel with a great location. Friendly staff. Clean. There's a coffee shop at the hotel. The rooftop pool is beautiful and clean, open until 11 PM. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is clean, and shower amenities are provided. It was a little humid in the room, but airing it out solved the problem. The air conditioning isn't noisy. I recommend it 👍🏻
