We stayed for 2 nights, and they gave us a quiet room as requested. The pool is open until 11 PM; we swam alone in the evening, but there were a lot of kids during the day. I accidentally booked a double room when I made my reservation. Two days before check-in, I realized my mistake and emailed the hotel. To my surprise, when I checked in, the hotel staff greeted me by saying, 'You wanted a twin room, right?' and handled the change smoothly. I truly felt this was a very kind and reassuring hotel. Not only were the front desk staff excellent, but all the restaurant staff were also very pleasant. They greeted me with a smile every time we met, which made my stay very enjoyable. The only downside was that there was hair accumulated in the bathroom drain, and it seemed like it wasn't cleaned daily. This caused the water to drain slowly and accumulate when I took a shower. If they could improve just that one point, it would truly be an even more wonderful hotel.
