The accommodation is very convenient, located right in the Night Bazaar market. The rooms are clean, and the staff are lovely and always helpful. I really loved that it's close to Starbucks and McDonald's.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the Old City and Nimmanhaemin Road, and the surrounding area isn't very lively, especially during the day when it's quite desolate. The hotel service is decent, with the usual warm Thai hospitality. However, the soundproofing is extremely poor, almost non-existent, especially for connecting rooms.

The location is excellent, right outside there's a night market, and it's a 5-minute taxi ride to Tha Phae Gate. The hotel's facilities are also good; the lobby is quite spacious, there's a concierge, and a complete set of swimming pool and gym. The service is great too. When we went to pick up our stored luggage, the staff even helped us carry it down the steps at the main entrance. The room is quite spacious, and complimentary bottled water (in glass bottles, I almost thought they were chargeable) was provided. However, the bathroom door doesn't stay open once you open it; it keeps bouncing back. I wonder if it's a design flaw.

The hotel's location is ideal. Right outside the lobby, there's a shopping street with plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby, perfect for buying souvenirs. On the second day, we could ask the staff to weigh our luggage during check-out, and we even received a complimentary elephant keychain for leaving a Google review.

There's also a large Big C Market nearby, perfect for stocking up on water, snacks, and souvenirs. The massage parlors next to the hotel typically charge around NT$250 for an hour, which was the cheapest I found during my 7-day stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel lobby is clean and bright, with a unique hotel fragrance that makes you feel comfortable the moment you step in. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made noodle soup and various egg dishes. Even staying for 4 days, the menu had slight variations, and the taste was consistently high-quality. The service was attentive, and the dining environment was clean. I highly recommend booking a stay with the breakfast package; served from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM, it caters to both early risers heading out for tours and those who prefer to sleep in. The hotel pool is deep enough and well-maintained, suitable for serious swimmers. Every day from 1:00 PM, there's a buy-one-get-one-free cocktail offer by the pool, which is a great deal. The room is spacious, and while the decor might feel a bit dated, it's well-maintained. The downsides are the small shower space in the bathroom, where it's easy to bump into the side glass, and the water pressure is slightly inadequate, fluctuating between hot and cold. The air conditioning in the room is also very noisy and too cold, and it can't be adjusted independently. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel and would be willing to stay here again on my next visit.
