Hotel Ora Incheon

I had an early morning flight the next day, so I chose to stay at the ORA Hotel near the airport the night before. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but the airport shuttle service made it quite convenient. If you need a pick-up, remember to book it with the hotel in advance. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, I was satisfied.

I booked this hotel for an overnight layover at Incheon Airport on my way back from North America. The aesthetics are top-notch, and the design is truly unique. The staff are dedicated, and the room is comfortable and well-equipped. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service from 5 AM to 9 PM, and also provide special services like printing and long-term luggage storage. A similar airport hotel in North America would easily cost over 2000 RMB, so getting this for just a few hundred RMB was a pleasant surprise!

I had an overnight layover in Incheon. I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt before, but this time I opted for this hotel which offers better value for money, and overall, it lived up to its price. The hotel is quite close to the airport as the crow flies, but you have to take a roundabout route to get there, which adds a bit of time. So, make sure to plan your airport transfer accordingly. An Uber ride cost around 60 RMB. It would be even better if the hotel shuttle had more frequent services. Just something to keep in mind. Like all hotels in Korea, they don't provide toothbrushes or combs. This hotel also doesn't offer disposable slippers. If you need these items, you can buy them from the vending machine on the first floor. I stayed over the weekend and had a Korean-style set breakfast at the hotel, which was of good quality.

The room was quite spacious and new, but the cleanliness was a bit of an issue – I found something yellow and sticky on the bedsheets. The front desk isn't staffed from midnight to early morning, but you can book a shuttle to the airport. I'd still consider staying here again if needed.

The room was very comfortable, and the front desk staff was lovely. My English and Korean aren't great, but the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and patient in answering all my questions. The hotel service was also excellent.

The facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. I really like the simple design of the bathroom. The food in the lobby on the first floor is also great!
